Worst experience ever. Charged over £300 for a leaking toilet. Took an hour and 3 mins so charged double. Absolute fraudsters.

Just had 3 bathrooms totally refurbished and we couldn't have asked for a better company to do the job. Everthing was done to a 5 star standard. We will definitely be using them in the future. Family member was badly let down by this company at this difficult time. Whiterose Plumbing agreed to investigate and fix a bathroom leak that was dripping into neighbors property. Combination of no shows and general inaction over a two week period from initial inspection contributed to neighbours ceiling partially collapsing with water build up. Should note that same company had actually installed a new boiler on previous occasion to a good standard. Reliability and follow through is crucial for emergencies!
