Efforts made to ensure that hot water available every night throughout. Minor issue towards the end was sorted out quickly with no quibbles and kept well informed at all stages. Mark was here within the hour of our call to help us with a blocked toilet at our work premises. He was friendly, genuine and gave advice with regards to an issue he couldn't help us with. Would definately recommend and will use him again in the future.

Called at 11.30, came out within 30 mins and fixed the job in under 20 mins. Great service and great price too. Mark was lovely guy and Im just so grateful that there are still some genuine professionals that come and do a great job and dont take advantage price wise with your emergencys. Called Mark out to repair a burst pipe on a Saturday night. Turned up within the hour and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Excellent service from a real gentleman. I could not recommend Mark highly enough.

Just a simple toilet blockage after all, yet he came over straight away even at the distance and cleared it up without a hitch. Knows what he's doing. Great service and nice guy aswell let alone great price.

Kirk has dealt with all my plumbing requirements for several years now......troublesome taps, urgent replacement of leaking radiators, installation of a new boiler and radiators and boiler servicing. He is always extremely efficient, friendly and helpful, if it's a matter of urgency he always attends at impressive speed, and even if it's something really minor I know I can rely on him to sort it out quickly and efficiently.
