Rob WilloughbyAfter 15 months, we finally moved to our bungalow in Ockendon, and through a strong recommendation from a very good friend, we chose Pauls Removals. The long time to move was difficult and we had several "Completion Dates" with many tentative bookings with Paul that kept getting cancelled, but through it all, Paul was very supportive and understanding and accommodating. Come the day of the move, Paul and his team turned up just before 8:00 with 3 vans and 4 staff and they worked tirelessly, friendly and politely until all was loaded. Once complete off they drove to wait until we got our keys for the new property. I finally got out keys about 3:00, called Paul and his team were at our new residence waiting for us to arrive. They then of course unloaded very promptly and with great care. Their care of our property was excellent and we were impressed with the many "Soft envelopes" they brought to cover our b

No problems at all from the start when Paul came round to price up the removal including the amount of storage boxes, tape and bubble wrap i would need down to the amount of room and cost of storage per month. No hidden charges and everything went as planned. I supplied an in depth list that was followed to the T, it was done super quick from the date of request to the move date, even over the festive period. Had a massive, two day move from Canvey to Barmouth in Wales about six weeks ago. It involved a lot of bulky/heavy furniture and changing about. Was heavy going but went very well and the contents were moved carefully. People doing the moving people worked hard and were careful with the contents - have a load of extremely thin glass (including light shades) which wasn't damaged. And they were very friendly too. I would absolutely recommend them. :D

I called Paul's Removals based upon a recommendation and certainly wasn't disappointed. The team were perfectly on time (even despite the M25 at rush hour!), really efficient, extremely helpful and cheerful to go with it. They took a lot of care with our furniture, it was all felt wrapped and secured compartmentally in their truck leaving no fears of breakages or mishaps. They also showed a good memory for which rooms items came from in our previous house and what flat pack items when with each other. I am so glad we booked them - moving would have been a lot more stressful without their help and experience.

Our move was a complicated one with pickups from three different places and adverse traffic conditions on the motorway, to a destination well outside the area.
