Removals in UK

Moved over 1 week ago and had damaged and broken items. Asked for a response and recompense and still heard nothing. They even rode our 13 year olds bike out of the garage. As it stands I would avoid, especially as they can't even be bothered to get back to us, now they have their money.

Arrived on time, worked quickly and were very friendly. Made our move less stressful and charged reasonable prices.

Fantastic service and very pleased indeed. Turned up at 9am and didnt finish until 7:30pm (and still had to drive from Blackpool to Harrogate). Courteous throughout and treated my property with respect. Could not have been happier with the service and at the best price too.

Fantastic service from start to finish moving us from Eccles. Neil and the team were very professional, polite and respectful of our contents. The whole gang worked so hard moving everything we asked for, including some very awkward items. Great bunch of workers, great sense of humour and very efficient crew from loading to unloading. Even fixed our very heavy bed that needed some TLC prior to the move. Can't recommend this company highly enough. We did a move from Basildon to Clacton , the guys where great, nothing was an issue, they where helpful and friendly. Remembered moving us in 6 years prior and when I advised my son has autism they set up the furniture in his new room identical to his old room , and it's the little details that help tremendously! We have used this company twice now , and should we move again will 100% be using again Thanks again for making a hard move easy and comfortable

I can't recommend Rob and the Albatross Express team enough. From start to finish they have been an absolutely amazing team. They took great care and attention to make sure the move was smooth, and were utterly professional and looked after everything. The cost was very very competitive (the best I have found for the area) and quality was second to none - what more can I say! I would not hesitate to recommend Rob and his team again and will definitely use them again should we be moving in the future. Fantastic experience and cannot recommend enough.

Great removals service, absolutely faultless, will use again.

We had a removal recently from Yorkshire to our holiday home in Portugal. Start to finish we had problems, Due to access problems i was told that they had to use smaller vehicles to a day before we moved and delaying the process, then received an email saying the price had also increased with this. When i rung to ask what why this happened, i spoke to the boss who was very confrontational and proceeded to use offensive language. Due to no one else being able to do the job we used them still, and when we did receive our good in Portugal we had many damaged good which they argued was OUR FAULT!!

Very unprofessional firm and not equipped to do the job. All they had to do was move a piano from one room to another. They tried lifting it with furniture straps, dropped it several times and damaged it. Although they offered to pay for a repair to the piano they then refused to pay me unless I signed to say it was a Full and Final Settlement. This is despite the fact it has not been possible to repair properly and is permanently damaged. The silent system built within the piano is also now impossible to use. They refused to pay to rectify that. Avoid this firm at all costs. I have had to pay for repairs out of my own pocket and they refuse to repay me what I have spent to try and put right damage caused through their incompetence.
