Having had a bad experience in the past when moving house, I was keen to use a reputable company. My estate agent recommended Elan Removals and, from the moment I met Allan, I felt in good hands. Steve was & his colleague Luke were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Professional, punctual & polite. Steve came to look around first before giving me a reasonable price before he & Luke moved all my stuff down two flights of stairs in my old place & taking all my stuff up another two flights of stairs in my new place. They took care of everything & took the stress out of moving. Definitely will be using them again & recommending them to friends & family.

We had a removal recently from Yorkshire to our holiday home in Portugal. Start to finish we had problems, Due to access problems i was told that they had to use smaller vehicles to a day before we moved and delaying the process, then received an email saying the price had also increased with this. When i rung to ask what why this happened, i spoke to the boss who was very confrontational and proceeded to use offensive language. Due to no one else being able to do the job we used them still, and when we did receive our good in Portugal we had many damaged good which they argued was OUR FAULT!!
