Fresco box was formed in March 2016 by personal trainer Abdul Bangura as a healthy alternative for people to eat clean. Since then Fresco Box has gone from strength to strength having won the prestigious Essex Business Award for New Company, Sponsor Local football club Southend United as well as a number of gyms, fitness professionals and athletes. Fresco Box will be taking nationwide orders from January 2017 and look to open more stores throughout the UK.

The Skewer House is a family owned restaurant situated in the historic town of Rochford in Essex. We specialise in the traditional Portuguese dish Espetada. The Espetada is a typical dish made from beef skewered onto a bay leaf stick cooked over hot coals or wood chips.

The Fleet bar and Restaurant have been serving the public of Purfleet and surrounding areas since 1909. Our aim is to be a place where people can meet and relax while sharing really good food & drinks served by our friendly staff. We serve a wide range of draft, bottled beers and wine to accompany your meal. All dishes are freshly prepared by our professional chefs. We endeavour to source all produce locally. The Fleet is also an ideal venue for a private functions. We can cater for all possible events, including birthdays, anniversaries, wedding receptions and christenings. We are family friendly and have full disabled facilities. Our Restaurant can accommodate approx 50 people for a sit down meal or approx 300 people for a buffet.
