The Skewer House is a family owned restaurant situated in the historic town of Rochford in Essex. We specialise in the traditional Portuguese dish Espetada. The Espetada is a typical dish made from beef skewered onto a bay leaf stick cooked over hot coals or wood chips.

Fresco box was formed in March 2016 by personal trainer Abdul Bangura as a healthy alternative for people to eat clean. Since then Fresco Box has gone from strength to strength having won the prestigious Essex Business Award for New Company, Sponsor Local football club Southend United as well as a number of gyms, fitness professionals and athletes.
