We received excellent help and advice in the showroom without any pressure. On installation day Reece, Cory and Stuart couldnt have been more polite, helpful and respectful of our home. The quality of the door and windows is excellent and are fitted to a high standard. The attention to making good around the new installation is excellent! • After much deliberation my wife and I decided to have our aged windows replaced and on a recommendation we visited the showroom/shop of WJ Richardson in West Wickham. It was the best thing we could have done as from the initial contact to the completion of the job their service was first class. Just before they was to start we were given a 'plan of action' which meant we could prepare the respective rooms the day before. The 4 man team arrived just after 9am each day and were a pleasure to have around. Easy to get on with answering any questions we had, they were polite and very respectful of our home environment leaving the minimal amount of clearing-up to be done. Their workmanship was top class. The windows look superb. Thank you to all concerned. I would thoroughly recommend WJ Richardson to anyone thinking of have replacement windows

• I was absolutely dreading having two new windows fitted, one in the kitchen and one in our second bedroom. WJ Richardson had been recommended to be my somebody else on our block could use them to do sliding doors. They couldn't have been better. The two theatres arrive promptly at 9 AM and were courteous and smiling and helpful throughout the day. They absolutely made a minimum of mess, cleared up after them, did a brilliant job, and the windows look absolutely fantastic. I am absolutely thrilled and would heartily recommend them
