We had David round a few years back to replace our roof in our old house. When we moved into our new house we called David back and asked him to come over and have a look and to let us know if anything needed sorting as it was an old house. David was punctual and polite, he took pictures of the roof to show us what needed doing so we could see for ourselves No job is to small for David and he always goes above and beyond to get the job done to an amazing standard He is always on time and if for any reason another job has overrun because of weather etc then he communicates very well with us to keep us in the loop I would always highly recommend him

We had a leak in the roof so this was a time sensitive job. The job was done and we have no more leaks. the roofers were polite, professional and tidied up after they had finished the job. FTA Roofers, Hornchurch, were very good, they came and carried out the work without needing to bother me really. They replaced part of my flat roof, I'm pleased with the roof so far, however we've not had any bad weather to test it out, but it looks good. The only thing is that I'm still waiting for my certificate to come for the work. I've tried on numerous occasions to contact them for this, but they've always said they've got a backlog. I would use them again as the service provided was very good. I have a number of people looking for a roofer and I really want to recommend them, it's only the missing certificate that's stopping me at the moment.
