I struck lucky with Michael ! I had paid a deposit to another company to do the roof after they had been putting leaflets in the street. but then my daughter recommended getting a second quote from Michael as he had done her roof ten years ago Michael came out and had a look at the roof and did me a written quote that was much cheaper than the other companies quote so he got the job and the new roof has been done now with no mess or fuss and looks great. My daughters roof still looks brand new and its 10 years old !

I am very happy with the new roof that Michael has fitted it looks great. Everything about the work was highly organised and completed within the week. His lads swept out the gardens and the drive every day no mess whatsoever! They even swept out next doors drive every day I also have a written warranty for the work and only paid at the end of the job which I was very happy to do. Easy to recommend to anyone.

Michael has replaced the roof on my rented out house, he was easy to find as he lives a few doors down from it! I received a very detailed and professional written quote which included all the materials and the methods used to install the new roof with the full price and the written 10 year warranty that was available. I had 3 roofers out to quote and Michael was the only roofer who provided a fully written quote and warranty! The job was completed with no fuss and I am very happy with the finished job. Michael and his team have replaced our old roof. We chose to use Michael after he had completed a few of our neighbour's roofs last year. I cannot fault the way this business operates, from the scaffolding going up on time to the end product. No payment was taken until the job was finished and the gardens and drive where swept out every single day !

I cannot fault this business they worked through the storms during December to get it all finished and the scaffold down in time for xmas.

Arnold Building & Roofing have been excellent. I couldn't fault the staff they were so helpful, the phone was answered straight away and they came out the following day to assess. They completed a couple of jobs I needed doing with some roof and ridge tiles and I'm so pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend them.

I had all my guttering and drainpipes replaced in an old detached Victorian house which was no easy task due to the elevated and awkward position of the house. Pat was very informative and helpful in pointing out the aspects of the house. I was very pleased with the quote and the work completed by Bill was excellent. He even went out of his way to repair a small brickwork problem that was causing damp. He was very neat and tidy, leaving no mess after the work was completed. I can highly recommend the company and I have no hesitation in giving them a five star review.

I experienced excellent services when I asked them to replace my flat roof last October and lately the new UPVC fascia boards, trip trays, gutters, etc... All were done satisfactorily and beautifully! Even though we came across some difficulty, they would try their best to resolve the problem and fulfilled the job! We had David round a few years back to replace our roof in our old house. When we moved into our new house we called David back and asked him to come over and have a look and to let us know if anything needed sorting as it was an old house. David was punctual and polite, he took pictures of the roof to show us what needed doing so we could see for ourselves No job is to small for David and he always goes above and beyond to get the job done to an amazing standard He is always on time and if for any reason another job has overrun because of weather etc then he communicates very well with us to keep us in the loop I would always highly recommend him

We chose FTA Roofers as we had been let down by another roofing company. They gave us a quote agreed the work and came out when they said they would. We had a leak in the roof so this was a time sensitive job. The job was done and we have no more leaks. the roofers were polite, professional and tidied up after they had finished the job. I would use them again although I am moving from the area and I would recommend FTA Roofers to anyone who has the same roofing issues.

FTA Roofers, Hornchurch, were very good, they came and carried out the work without needing to bother me really. They replaced part of my flat roof, I'm pleased with the roof so far, however we've not had any bad weather to test it out, but it looks good. The only thing is that I'm still waiting for my certificate to come for the work. I've tried on numerous occasions to contact them for this, but they've always said they've got a backlog. I would use them again as the service provided was very good. I have a number of people looking for a roofer and I really want to recommend them, it's only the missing certificate that's stopping me at the moment.

Andy & his team of merry men were terrific . They quoted, turned up on time, did a great job & stuck to their price. Ours was a big and tricky slating job using all reclaimed, French slate. He even gave us a hand with scaffolding & guttering. We will miss him singing from the roof-top! Whats more he is young & full of energy & enthusiasm which is a huge plus on a big project. We would use him again on other jobs.

Good service from Andy: punctual, tidy and friendly. Andy gave me a quote for two different approaches to the job and didn't try to push one over the other. Was working over the road ask for my ridge tiles repointing they recommended a dry ridge system. Did it the following week after quoting looks good I recommended them to a couple of my neighbours. They also done work for all was happy with notts roofings work
