The Roofing Company completed a full new slate tile roof including replacing large skylight windows and pointing. They turned up at 8am and worked flat out all day for 2 weeks, tidying up after themselves as they went. Very professional and competitively priced. Couldn't have asked for better service, very pleased.

My ridge tiles blew off in the recent storm, so I got Mark from thomson local.He was straight talking, which I like, an came round that day to put them back on till he could do perm job. His builders came today did great job, were very polite an left no mess would definetly recomend Mark.

Very bad experience. Took plans said quote would be ready in 10 days. 2 months later nothing then he popped up. Came a couple of times said don,t worry I will not forget you never seen him since now about 7 months ago.So would NOT recommend this builder

We had David round a few years back to replace our roof in our old house. When we moved into our new house we called David back and asked him to come over and have a look and to let us know if anything needed sorting as it was an old house. David was punctual and polite, he took pictures of the roof to show us what needed doing so we could see for ourselves No job is to small for David and he always goes above and beyond to get the job done to an amazing standard He is always on time and if for any reason another job has overrun because of weather etc then he communicates very well with us to keep us in the loop I would always highly recommend him

We chose FTA Roofers as we had been let down by another roofing company. They gave us a quote agreed the work and came out when they said they would. We had a leak in the roof so this was a time sensitive job. The job was done and we have no more leaks. the roofers were polite, professional and tidied up after they had finished the job. I would use them again although I am moving from the area and I would recommend FTA Roofers to anyone who has the same roofing issues.

FTA Roofers, Hornchurch, were very good, they came and carried out the work without needing to bother me really. They replaced part of my flat roof, I'm pleased with the roof so far, however we've not had any bad weather to test it out, but it looks good. The only thing is that I'm still waiting for my certificate to come for the work. I've tried on numerous occasions to contact them for this, but they've always said they've got a backlog. I would use them again as the service provided was very good. I have a number of people looking for a roofer and I really want to recommend them, it's only the missing certificate that's stopping me at the moment.

I would just like to say David and his team at ABRS did a fantastic job of our roof. David explained all the work that was required very thoroughly and kept us updated throughout the process, sending several before and after photos. He answered our many questions and he is very knowledgeable. The work on our roof has come with a 10 year guarantee, so we also have peace mind! I work in construction, so have had experience of working with several different roofers, and I have to say ABRS are a top quality roofing company that I would definitely recommend.

Thistle Roofing has just completed my roof, fascia and roughcasting. From start to finish the company were extremely professional, hard-working and reliable. The work was completed to an extremely high standard from the time we got the quotation to completion and supervised by Derek who was very helpful and courteous. The customer care was excellent with no question unanswered and they left my property the way they found it. I would have no hesitation in recommending and hiring this company again.

After I inspected the work they did on my gutters in a suspiciously short time, I emailed to dispute the quality of work with the owner as the gutters were still pooling - not what was agreed. He called me with an intimidating and bullying manner insisting the work is done and threatened me with debt collectors. He had no interest in seeing for himself. I suggested I get a second opinion from another roofer but he rejected this. He was so unpleasant that I had to hang up. I emailed National Federation of Roofing Contractors for mediation then inforned Grant of this step and that I'd be in touch. He tried to dissuade me from this step and requested no more contact from me. He made a false allegation of fraud against me which the Police (who came to my house!) soon deemed to be malicious. The NFRC investigated them then informed me of the termination of Thistle Roofing's membership. Their debt collector ceased persuit of the bill after my explanation. AVOID!!

Having just had my roof replaced by Thistle Roofing I am happy to say that the whole experience was faultless from start to finish. Derek clearly explained the process to me before providing a very competitive quote, (a quote which was more than half that of another company who were providing the exact same materials). Tuesday - a team of 5 worked a solid 9 hour day to completely strip the roof and make it weather proof. Wednesday the same team returned and completed all the tiling work, leaving my property clean and tidy. A phonecall from Derek later that evening confirmed I was happy with the work completed. Thursday All scaffolding was removed and everything was back to normal again. The neighbours couldnt believe the efficiency of the team, who were all polite and courteous and really worked hard to complete the job within the quoted 2-day period. Thistle Roofing met and exceeded my expectations and I would therefore have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Not the first time I've used relentless roofing and definitely not the last. On the first occasion Chris came out gave me a quote that was the best by a mile, they came out promptly and completed swiftly to a high standard, higher than expected (due to quote). This last time I didn't even bother asking anyone else, Chris came straight out to price the job, we agreed and he said he'd be out within 2 weeks. I needed a flat roof repair now, but couldn't raise the funds until a date in the future. I had approached numerous firms for quotes, but these boys were the only ones willing to tarp my roof now, and book me in to replace the roof at a future date. And they did an excellent job of that, which bodes well. I can't comment on the new roof until I have it, but I must say that so far, they have totally exceeded expectations, and stand head and shoulders above the other firms I contacted for quotes under the same terms. Well done.

We have had ongoing problems with an extension wall. We have had people in previously to fix it but they have never done that good of a job. We got R M contacts to try and fix it and we are confident they have sorted it. The builders are very friendly but professional, it was a pleasure to have them in our home. Works Completed Sutton Coldfield Garage repair Really friendly team came to visit my property last week and stripped an re felted my garage. Joseph was very helpful an made sure I was completely happy before he got off the roof.Left the front drive spotless. Swept then hosed it down afterwards to.The workers made sure there was no Rubbish Left anywhere on the property which came from the repair.I will 100% recommend Lichfield to anyone who wants a professional,timely and clean work carried out on there property

This is a very good company! I called them and arranged a time to visit the property to look at the job. A new flat roof and new guttering. They called me as they were on their way and arrived as agreed. Had a look at the job and then sent through a quote. The job cost what we agreed and was finished when they said it would be. The work is also guaranteed. I will be using them again in the future.

Came round to look at my roof and gave me a price which was OK, then I had a 2nd roofer round and when they looked in the loft the roofer from Turtons had left a roof tile out of place so I would not trust this lot.

J & S Turton did a marvellous job when they remodelled our bathroom in December. Reasonable quote, with no hidden costs at the end. They started the job on time, and the quality of work was excellent. They were polite and tidy in the house. All in all a great business who I would highly recommend.

My overall experienced with S R Roofers was very good. I hired them to come and have a look at a leak that I had in my bedroom ceiling, they came round and went up into the loft and took photos of the damage to show me, they then got on with the repairs. There were very nice and friendly and just got on with the job while I stayed with my daughter. They did a very good job and I will definitely be recommending them to others.

Found SR Roofers online. Good reviews so asked someone to come round to have a look at a leak I had coming into my front bedroom. They went up a ladder to have a good look, took photos so I could see the damage. At the same time I asked them to look to see where the leak in my kitchen extension was coming from. They climbed up, looked around and down side of extension and noticed a pipe had come unattached. They pushed it back together, and no more leak, and no charge. Somebody more unscrupulous could have conned me. Very happy with work carried out and would not hesitate contacting them again, and I highly recommend them.

I found S R Roofers online as I needed some ridge tiles repaired/replaced. They were one of the few companies to actually get back to me. Overall happy I was with their work however feel their communication could have been better. Would recommend to others.

One of my neighbors had used this company and were very impressed. They came to repair our Chimney stack but also had to replace the flashing as well. They were so quiet that I hadn't realised they had finished. When contacted they sent me pictures to show what they had done, what a brilliant job. Would highly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic company. This is the 2nd time we've used them and they came out the same afternoon as we had a leak in the roof from all the rain. They were back out the following day to fix it and we've had no problems since. Brilliant company and I couldn't recommend them enough.
