I experienced excellent services when I asked them to replace my flat roof last October and lately the new UPVC fascia boards, trip trays, gutters, etc... We had David round a few years back to replace our roof in our old house. When we moved into our new house we called David back and asked him to come over and have a look and to let us know if anything needed sorting as it was an old house. David was punctual and polite, he took pictures of the roof to show us what needed doing so we could see for ourselves No job is to small for David and he always goes above and beyond to get the job done to an amazing standard He is always on time and if for any reason another job has overrun because of weather etc then he communicates very well with us to keep us in the loop I would always highly recommend him

We chose FTA Roofers as we had been let down by another roofing company. They gave us a quote agreed the work and came out when they said they would. We had a leak in the roof so this was a time sensitive job. The job was done and we have no more leaks. the roofers were polite, professional and tidied up after they had finished the job. I would use them again although I am moving from the area and I would recommend FTA Roofers to anyone who has the same roofing issues.

FTA Roofers, Hornchurch, were very good, they came and carried out the work without needing to bother me really. They replaced part of my flat roof, I'm pleased with the roof so far, however we've not had any bad weather to test it out, but it looks good. The only thing is that I'm still waiting for my certificate to come for the work. I've tried on numerous occasions to contact them for this, but they've always said they've got a backlog. I would use them again as the service provided was very good. I have a number of people looking for a roofer and I really want to recommend them, it's only the missing certificate that's stopping me at the moment.

I struck lucky with Michael ! I had paid a deposit to another company to do the roof after they had been putting leaflets in the street. but then my daughter recommended getting a second quote from Michael as he had done her roof ten years ago Michael came out and had a look at the roof and did me a written quote that was much cheaper than the other companies quote so he got the job and the new roof has been done now with no mess or fuss and looks great. My daughters roof still looks brand new and its 10 years old !

I am very happy with the new roof that Michael has fitted it looks great. Everything about the work was highly organised and completed within the week. His lads swept out the gardens and the drive every day no mess whatsoever! Michael and his team have replaced our old roof. We chose to use Michael after he had completed a few of our neighbour's roofs last year. Ronan came out to carry out an emergency temporary repair to our roof . Just few days before Christmas following a storm the roof leaked with water coming through the dining room ceiling. Ronan came out next morning, quickly identified the problem which was cracked tiles underneath lead flashing on a dormer cheek from over zealous dressing work by an earlier set of roofers made worse by a damaged section of roofing felt. The temporay fix made us watertight over Christmas. He came back after the holidays to do a permanent fix. The team did a magnificent job and even checked the other dormer and did a repair on that one too. Very pleased with the price, professionalism of the team, respect of our property and cleaning up after. I would highly recommend.

I asked Rooftop for a quote for some remedial tasks we needed doing. Adam visited the same day and went up on the roof to take a proper look (unlike another person who quoted) then provided a cost within a couple of days, which was the cheapest quote we received. The work was booked in within a reasonable timescale and the crew turned up at the agreed date and time to start work. The guys were polite and tidy, with the area being regularly cleaned of debris throughout the job, and they took the time to explain what tasks were being carried out to resolve the reported issues. With the understanding that my judgement was made from ground level, the quality of work was top notch and the reported issues were all addressed for the quoted cost. In addition, Adam resealed the skylights on our conservatory to completely fix the leaks that we'd been putting up with for years because we could find noone to fix them.
