Just had a terrible experience of water pouring onto our bedroom ceiling while I was at work.My wife did what she could in containing the leak until I arrived home.Shortly after part of the ceiling caved in.After a couple of calls to roofing companies who did not answer I reached Rob at 1st call who said they could come first thing in the morning.They promptly arrived as said and fixed a split in the valley flashing in a professional way.I don't know how we would have coped without Rob and his men during all the recent bad weather.Many thanks and would highly recommend.

after phoning various roofing company's who were to busy except for one who wanted £3.500 to fix my leaking roof i spoke to Rob from 1St Call Roofing who was recommended by a friend after explaining the leak to Rob he thought it was a broken tile this proved to be correct and the work was carried out for a fraction of the price by friendly workers who new what they were doing would recommend them to any one looking for an honest roofer.

I contacted 1st call regarding a guttering downpipe issue. They attended the same day and explained what needed to be done. The attended the next day and competently ensured my guttering was at the correct angle for the downpipe to be effective. Whilst there they noticed, and photographed, two broken slates on my roof. These were promptly changed the next morning They provided an excellent service at a good price. I will use the again for any other roofing issues

Contacted 1st call after a cowboy installed a downpipe which fell off the wall after 1 hour.....They came within a day and refitted . Extremely professional and friendly ,would not hesitate to recommend ...Thank you for restoring my faith in Tradesmen . Should have made 1st call my first call !!!

We called about a leaking roof in the morning and they arrived at the house by the afternoon to investigate the problem. We were provided with some options to fix the leak, and once we had decided which way to move forward they arrived promptly the next day to carry out the work. They completed the work efficiently and professionally.

Continuing my earlier Review: The option was Replacing all of the old & poorly installed Lead Work (historically speaking) or doing a really robust repair. I decided on the Repair option and to my delight the job was completed to a very high standard... and now? No more Leaks! Hallelujah! It is with great pleasure that I write the following Review of "Quick Response Roofing" and the excellent Ronan. I contacted this company where all else had failed, in relation to a water leak coming into my downstairs ceiling - through the fireplace & into the adjacent overhead light fitting. Having experienced a very sluggish response from my Home Insurance Company (Emergency/Repair line); the leak was getting worse by the day; (10 days to be exact!). And it was only by taking matters into my own hands, that I came across this fine Roofing Company via Thomsonlocal. Having read the Reviews on their web site, I found just what I'd been looking for and left a message asking for help. Ronan came to my aid in double quick time & was soon in attendance, up his ladder, inspecting my roof & expertly diagnosing the problem i.e., Leaking from the Lead Work, surrounding my old Smokeless Fuel - Flue. Ronan instantly replied to an online enquiry we made about some repairs we needed as a result of the storm. He rang us to arrange a convenient time to come round to do an initial look at the job and then returned at the weekend to do a thorough inspection on the roof. The work was completed to a high standard with Ronan asking us questions throughout and ensuring that the work met our requirements. He kept in contact during the work and then ensured that materials were all cleared away afterwards. I would recommend the business to you as there were no attempts to be pushy at all and he and his team were courteous throughout.

We chose Ronan after contacting others and being disappointed. He immediately impressed us by climbing onto the roof and amking a thorough inspection rathher than walking around at ground level as others had done. The work on our big Edwardian roof, with its several lead-lined valleys, was very well done. Difficult replacements of a sky-light and an eyebrow window were managed. Was working over the road ask for my ridge tiles repointing they recommended a dry ridge system. Did it the following week after quoting looks good I recommended them to a couple of my neighbours. They also done work for all was happy with notts roofings work

Found them on google came the next day after contacting them done repair same day for one slipped tile I was panicking for dinner was a big job and they reassured me. It was only a simple reply.

renewed a large amount of guttering and repaired four individual long drainpipes quick and relatively cleanly done as had not been touched for years recommend them

Would highly recommend SPP Roofing. Came out to look at a leak in our roof and quickly sorted with the replacement of new tiles. Honest, trustworthy, reliable. Will certainly be calling again for some maintenance work.
