I would just like to say David and his team at ABRS did a fantastic job of our roof. David explained all the work that was required very thoroughly and kept us updated throughout the process, sending several before and after photos. He answered our many questions and he is very knowledgeable. The work on our roof has come with a 10 year guarantee, so we also have peace mind! I work in construction, so have had experience of working with several different roofers, and I have to say ABRS are a top quality roofing company that I would definitely recommend.

I've already posted a review for this tradesman. He solved a pervasive damp problem in an old extension, as well as renewing the whole house roof. He was fair and thoroughly professional. His team were skilled and gary took great professional pride in the work they did. He was recommended to us and we were very impressed with the quality of the work. You may possibly get cheaper but I don't think you'll get better.

Gary and his team have worked tirelessly on a complete renovation of a Victorian 3 bedroomed terraced house in Roath. His work has been exceptional and the previously dilapidated house now has a real WOW factor. Gary project managed the whole process as we are not local and provided us with details of excellent extra tradesmen where necessary for painting & decorating, carpets, kitchen and bathroom fitting. He also came up with good ideas and suggestions which we had'nt thought about for improving the property. His pricing was fair and honest, his work outstanding and communication excellent. Ronan came out to carry out an emergency temporary repair to our roof . Just few days before Christmas following a storm the roof leaked with water coming through the dining room ceiling. Ronan came out next morning, quickly identified the problem which was cracked tiles underneath lead flashing on a dormer cheek from over zealous dressing work by an earlier set of roofers made worse by a damaged section of roofing felt. The temporay fix made us watertight over Christmas. He came back after the holidays to do a permanent fix. The team did a magnificent job and even checked the other dormer and did a repair on that one too. Very pleased with the price, professionalism of the team, respect of our property and cleaning up after. I would highly recommend.

In a real emergency (the recent mini-tornado) the ultra-quick response was so very welcome. Immediate work made the roof safe and the final repair followed very quickly. Continuing my earlier Review: The option was Replacing all of the old & poorly installed Lead Work (historically speaking) or doing a really robust repair. I decided on the Repair option and to my delight the job was completed to a very high standard... and now? No more Leaks! Hallelujah! It is with great pleasure that I write the following Review of "Quick Response Roofing" and the excellent Ronan. I contacted this company where all else had failed, in relation to a water leak coming into my downstairs ceiling - through the fireplace & into the adjacent overhead light fitting.
