I contacted them from trust a trader website email them they contact me 3 days later arranged a quote I agreed the same day Shane booked me in 2 weeks later and done the work over 6 days was really happy with the complete job thanks lads really recommendable company

Found them on google came the next day after contacting them done repair same day for one slipped tile I was panicking for dinner was a big job and they reassured me. It was only a simple reply.

In a real emergency (the recent mini-tornado) the ultra-quick response was so very welcome. Immediate work made the roof safe and the final repair followed very quickly. Ronan's obvious knowledge and experience was much appreciated as was his patience and care in explaining everything which needed to be done. A very professional job not just on the roof itself but also in providing all the necessary information for the Insurance Company. Anyone needing their roof fixed - look no further!

Continuing my earlier Review: The option was Replacing all of the old & poorly installed Lead Work (historically speaking) or doing a really robust repair. I decided on the Repair option and to my delight the job was completed to a very high standard... and now? No more Leaks! Hallelujah! Thank you for all the world, Ronan, I now feel secure in my own home, again. And I would have no hesitation in calling on your expert help in the future. :)

It is with great pleasure that I write the following Review of "Quick Response Roofing" and the excellent Ronan. I contacted this company where all else had failed, in relation to a water leak coming into my downstairs ceiling - through the fireplace & into the adjacent overhead light fitting. Having experienced a very sluggish response from my Home Insurance Company (Emergency/Repair line); the leak was getting worse by the day; (10 days to be exact!). And it was only by taking matters into my own hands, that I came across this fine Roofing Company via Thomsonlocal. Having read the Reviews on their web site, I found just what I'd been looking for and left a message asking for help. Ronan came to my aid in double quick time & was soon in attendance, up his ladder, inspecting my roof & expertly diagnosing the problem i.e., Leaking from the Lead Work, surrounding my old Smokeless Fuel - Flue. Ronan instantly replied to an online enquiry we made about some repairs we needed as a result of the storm. He rang us to arrange a convenient time to come round to do an initial look at the job and then returned at the weekend to do a thorough inspection on the roof. The work was completed to a high standard with Ronan asking us questions throughout and ensuring that the work met our requirements. He kept in contact during the work and then ensured that materials were all cleared away afterwards. I would recommend the business to you as there were no attempts to be pushy at all and he and his team were courteous throughout.

We chose Ronan after contacting others and being disappointed. He immediately impressed us by climbing onto the roof and amking a thorough inspection rathher than walking around at ground level as others had done. The work on our big Edwardian roof, with its several lead-lined valleys, was very well done. Difficult replacements of a sky-light and an eyebrow window were managed. With the way things are in the roofing trade for materials etc I was pleasantly surprised by being kept informed about any changes to my delivery of tiles etc and by the very professional workmen and workmanship now that my roof is complete. Ian quoted me for a zinc roof back in March 2022. He was knowledgable and looked like he would do a good job. All seemed fine and he started work and mostly completed half of the roof. He said he had to finish another job and he would be back in around a week or two before finishing the other side. Its now April 2023 and the roof hasnt been finished and he has never come back. I had to get up on the roof myself as it was leaking in multiple places. He has repeatedly lied to me and has told me was always just about to come and finish it and every time its been a lie. This has caused huge problems for myself and my family none of which he seems to be bothered by. Im now having to take him to court.

Michael and his team came to look at my roof hoping it was a small job but sadly the roof was in a bad way and had been neglected for decades. I got three quotes and White Knights were the cheapest and the ones that impressed me the most. They replaced the whole roof and even though it was a far bigger job than they first thought and took longer they stuck to the quote to the penny. I had water coming through our roof in several places and arranged for several companies to quote, White Knight immediately gave us faith and I am so glad that we chose them. White Knights level of knowledge and professionalism was second to none they took pictures and videos daily to show us what was needed and how they had addressed it and did a stunning job on a very difficult property in a conservation area. Added to this all of their staff were polite and courteous and really friendly. The job was quoted at 6 days but for a host of reasons it took 11 but there was not even mention that the price should increase, and it did not. I was so pleased with the job that I then arranged for them to replace the textured coating on the house, this of course was a different specialised team but they were again masters in their trade and have done a fantastic job. PR Home Improvements provided me with an excellent service. I initially found them online but found a few of my neighbours had also had some work done by them and recommended them to be as well. They came to do a complete re-roof for me as well as my guttering and some other jobs. We had a very severe problem with damp in our loft because of water ingress. This meant that our property was difficult to heat and not at all energy efficient. Past and Present identified the issues quickly and carried out the required repairs efficiently and to a very high standard. The workmen who carried out the work were professional and very helpful.
