Superb service as usual. I had a leak into my lounge from an old capped chimney after the heavy rain last weekend. Pat came round Monday , sent Phil to look at it and Pat gave me an estimate Tues AM and Phil then carried out and completed the job that day. He removed the old top of the chimney, replaced timbers, slats and roof felt, added some fascia.and swopped out tiles so they matched. And of course cleared up. I couldn't even see where the old chimney had been when finished. Perfect job. Great firm, always efficient prompt service and excellent communication.

Arnold Building were doing some work on my neighbours house so I asked them to have a look a couple of damaged roof tiles. They were extremely helpful & advised that a few of our ridge tiles also needed replacing. They could start within a couple of weeks so we decided to have all the ridge tiles across our bungalow replaced. Very happy with their work & would highly recommend them.

S R Roofers did my roof many years ago and I had them back to replace all of my guttering. They were very friendly and kept everything clean and tidy, I will be calling them again soon to do more work for me.

SR Roofers came out to repoint the chimney and replace the flashing. They also replaced the ridge tiles and any tiles that where damaged. Cleaned the moss of the roof as well. Excellent service and more than happy to recommend them to family and friends.,

After getting numerous people to come and look at my roof and never bothering to come back I contacted SR Roofers who gave me a very competitive quote. They turned up to do the job when they said they would and gave me updates throughout the whole time they were here. I would definitely use them again if I need them.

I struck lucky with Michael ! I had paid a deposit to another company to do the roof after they had been putting leaflets in the street. but then my daughter recommended getting a second quote from Michael as he had done her roof ten years ago Michael came out and had a look at the roof and did me a written quote that was much cheaper than the other companies quote so he got the job and the new roof has been done now with no mess or fuss and looks great. My daughters roof still looks brand new and its 10 years old !

I am very happy with the new roof that Michael has fitted it looks great. Everything about the work was highly organised and completed within the week. His lads swept out the gardens and the drive every day no mess whatsoever! They even swept out next doors drive every day I also have a written warranty for the work and only paid at the end of the job which I was very happy to do. Easy to recommend to anyone.

Michael has replaced the roof on my rented out house, he was easy to find as he lives a few doors down from it! I received a very detailed and professional written quote which included all the materials and the methods used to install the new roof with the full price and the written 10 year warranty that was available. I had 3 roofers out to quote and Michael was the only roofer who provided a fully written quote and warranty! The job was completed with no fuss and I am very happy with the finished job. Michael and his team have replaced our old roof. We chose to use Michael after he had completed a few of our neighbour's roofs last year. I cannot fault the way this business operates, from the scaffolding going up on time to the end product. No payment was taken until the job was finished and the gardens and drive where swept out every single day !

We had David round a few years back to replace our roof in our old house. FTA Roofers, Hornchurch, were very good, they came and carried out the work without needing to bother me really. They replaced part of my flat roof, I'm pleased with the roof so far, however we've not had any bad weather to test it out, but it looks good. The only thing is that I'm still waiting for my certificate to come for the work. I've tried on numerous occasions to contact them for this, but they've always said they've got a backlog. I would use them again as the service provided was very good. I have a number of people looking for a roofer and I really want to recommend them, it's only the missing certificate that's stopping me at the moment.

It is with great pleasure that I write the following Review of "Quick Response Roofing" and the excellent Ronan. I contacted this company where all else had failed, in relation to a water leak coming into my downstairs ceiling - through the fireplace & into the adjacent overhead light fitting. Having experienced a very sluggish response from my Home Insurance Company (Emergency/Repair line); the leak was getting worse by the day; (10 days to be exact!). And it was only by taking matters into my own hands, that I came across this fine Roofing Company via Thomsonlocal. Having read the Reviews on their web site, I found just what I'd been looking for and left a message asking for help. Ronan came to my aid in double quick time & was soon in attendance, up his ladder, inspecting my roof & expertly diagnosing the problem i.e., Leaking from the Lead Work, surrounding my old Smokeless Fuel - Flue. Ronan instantly replied to an online enquiry we made about some repairs we needed as a result of the storm. He rang us to arrange a convenient time to come round to do an initial look at the job and then returned at the weekend to do a thorough inspection on the roof. The work was completed to a high standard with Ronan asking us questions throughout and ensuring that the work met our requirements. He kept in contact during the work and then ensured that materials were all cleared away afterwards. I asked Rooftop for a quote for some remedial tasks we needed doing. Adam visited the same day and went up on the roof to take a proper look (unlike another person who quoted) then provided a cost within a couple of days, which was the cheapest quote we received. The work was booked in within a reasonable timescale and the crew turned up at the agreed date and time to start work. The guys were polite and tidy, with the area being regularly cleaned of debris throughout the job, and they took the time to explain what tasks were being carried out to resolve the reported issues. With the understanding that my judgement was made from ground level, the quality of work was top notch and the reported issues were all addressed for the quoted cost. In addition, Adam resealed the skylights on our conservatory to completely fix the leaks that we'd been putting up with for years because we could find noone to fix them. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend Rooftop Roofing.

We had 4 quotes in total, including Severnside, the pricing was around the same so we asked to see previous and current work and after seeing that we decided to go with Severnside. My son's bungalow needed a complete re-roof, felt, membrane, batons and tiles. We were very pleased with the work carried out, some of my son's neighbours even commented on how well it was completed. They were fast, accurate and half way through they invited us up to have a look at the work so far. They were extremely tidy and even went through with a blower. We've already recommend them to my in-laws who had been let down by another company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use them again.

We had a very severe problem with damp in our loft because of water ingress. This meant that our property was difficult to heat and not at all energy efficient. Past and Present identified the issues quickly and carried out the required repairs efficiently and to a very high standard. The workmen who carried out the work were professional and very helpful. They kept us informed at every stage of the work. Our property no longer feels damp and the loft is now dry. We would definitely recommend Past and Present for their customer service and expertise. Another great job done by Walter and his friendly staff. This is the third time in the last couple of years we have used W. B. Cunningham, this time it was some roughcasting on our gables. We always recommend them to any of our friends and I've only ever heard great things

We had a problem with the roughcast on the front of our house in that it was pourous and letting water through into the inside of the house and damaging the internal plaster work. I phoned quite a few companies however they either did'nt turn up or came out had a loook and then never came back. Walter came out at the stated time, identified the problem and gave what I consider to be a very fair price. As this was in November 2015 he advised that it would be better waiting until we had better weather as the roughcast required to be removed back to brick and reapplied. In May 2016 he came out and completed all the work. required. What a difference it has made. The colour match is very good to the extent you wouldn't know it had been done against the rest of the house. I am very happy with the work carried. He will be coming back out later in the year to repair my monoblock drive and some rendering on the steps at the rear of my house. Professional job done well.
