Michael has replaced the roof on my rented out house, he was easy to find as he lives a few doors down from it! I received a very detailed and professional written quote which included all the materials and the methods used to install the new roof with the full price and the written 10 year warranty that was available. I had 3 roofers out to quote and Michael was the only roofer who provided a fully written quote and warranty! The job was completed with no fuss and I am very happy with the finished job. Very happy to recommend this roofing company.

Michael and his team have replaced our old roof. We chose to use Michael after he had completed a few of our neighbour's roofs last year. I cannot fault the way this business operates, from the scaffolding going up on time to the end product. No payment was taken until the job was finished and the gardens and drive where swept out every single day !

Came round to look at my roof and gave me a price which was OK, then I had a 2nd roofer round and when they looked in the loft the roofer from Turtons had left a roof tile out of place so I would not trust this lot.

J & S Turton did a marvellous job when they remodelled our bathroom in December. Reasonable quote, with no hidden costs at the end. They started the job on time, and the quality of work was excellent. They were polite and tidy in the house. All in all a great business who I would highly recommend.

SR Roofers came out to repoint the chimney and replace the flashing. They also replaced the ridge tiles and any tiles that where damaged. Cleaned the moss of the roof as well. Excellent service and more than happy to recommend them to family and friends.,

After getting numerous people to come and look at my roof and never bothering to come back I contacted SR Roofers who gave me a very competitive quote. They turned up to do the job when they said they would and gave me updates throughout the whole time they were here. I would definitely use them again if I need them.

Severnside Roofing & Building Specialists, Telford, were excellent. We had 4 quotes in total, including Severnside, the pricing was around the same so we asked to see previous and current work and after seeing that we decided to go with Severnside. My son's bungalow needed a complete re-roof, felt, membrane, batons and tiles. We were very pleased with the work carried out, some of my son's neighbours even commented on how well it was completed. They were fast, accurate and half way through they invited us up to have a look at the work so far. They were extremely tidy and even went through with a blower. We've already recommend them to my in-laws who had been let down by another company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use them again.

My experience using Severnside Roofing & Building Specialists was very good, they came to do a big repair job on a leak in the valley on my roof and did a great job. This was the first time I had used them and they didn't disappoint, the staff were genuinely good guys that got on with the work and they were friendly throughout. I found Severnside Roofing & Building Specialists online and spoke to them as I needed my felt roof replaced. They came on time and installed a new Firestone rubber roof for me. The were no issues at all, the communication was very good so I know what was happening and they made sure there was no mess when the job was completed. I found Severnside Roofing & Building Specialists, Telford, doing a local search and gave them a call for a quote, they came out to quote a replacement flat roof for me and I found the price to be reasonable. The overall service they provided was very good and I was completely satisfied. The staff were professional and turned up when they said they would, I would recommend them to others.

I asked Rooftop for a quote for some remedial tasks we needed doing. Adam visited the same day and went up on the roof to take a proper look (unlike another person who quoted) then provided a cost within a couple of days, which was the cheapest quote we received. The work was booked in within a reasonable timescale and the crew turned up at the agreed date and time to start work. The guys were polite and tidy, with the area being regularly cleaned of debris throughout the job, and they took the time to explain what tasks were being carried out to resolve the reported issues. With the understanding that my judgement was made from ground level, the quality of work was top notch and the reported issues were all addressed for the quoted cost. In addition, Adam resealed the skylights on our conservatory to completely fix the leaks that we'd been putting up with for years because we could find noone to fix them. I've already posted a review for this tradesman. He solved a pervasive damp problem in an old extension, as well as renewing the whole house roof. He was fair and thoroughly professional. His team were skilled and gary took great professional pride in the work they did. He was recommended to us and we were very impressed with the quality of the work. You may possibly get cheaper but I don't think you'll get better.

Gary and his team have worked tirelessly on a complete renovation of a Victorian 3 bedroomed terraced house in Roath. His work has been exceptional and the previously dilapidated house now has a real WOW factor. Gary project managed the whole process as we are not local and provided us with details of excellent extra tradesmen where necessary for painting & decorating, carpets, kitchen and bathroom fitting. He also came up with good ideas and suggestions which we had'nt thought about for improving the property. His pricing was fair and honest, his work outstanding and communication excellent. Gary Bailey is the best - don't even consider using anyone else!
