Severnside Roofing & Building Specialists, Telford, were excellent. We had 4 quotes in total, including Severnside, the pricing was around the same so we asked to see previous and current work and after seeing that we decided to go with Severnside. My son's bungalow needed a complete re-roof, felt, membrane, batons and tiles. We were very pleased with the work carried out, some of my son's neighbours even commented on how well it was completed. They were fast, accurate and half way through they invited us up to have a look at the work so far. They were extremely tidy and even went through with a blower. We've already recommend them to my in-laws who had been let down by another company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use them again.

My experience using Severnside Roofing & Building Specialists was very good, they came to do a big repair job on a leak in the valley on my roof and did a great job. I've already posted a review for this tradesman. He solved a pervasive damp problem in an old extension, as well as renewing the whole house roof. He was fair and thoroughly professional. His team were skilled and gary took great professional pride in the work they did. He was recommended to us and we were very impressed with the quality of the work. You may possibly get cheaper but I don't think you'll get better.

Gary and his team have worked tirelessly on a complete renovation of a Victorian 3 bedroomed terraced house in Roath. His work has been exceptional and the previously dilapidated house now has a real WOW factor. Gary project managed the whole process as we are not local and provided us with details of excellent extra tradesmen where necessary for painting & decorating, carpets, kitchen and bathroom fitting. He also came up with good ideas and suggestions which we had'nt thought about for improving the property. His pricing was fair and honest, his work outstanding and communication excellent. Continuing my earlier Review: The option was Replacing all of the old & poorly installed Lead Work (historically speaking) or doing a really robust repair. I decided on the Repair option and to my delight the job was completed to a very high standard... and now? No more Leaks! Hallelujah! It is with great pleasure that I write the following Review of "Quick Response Roofing" and the excellent Ronan. I contacted this company where all else had failed, in relation to a water leak coming into my downstairs ceiling - through the fireplace & into the adjacent overhead light fitting. Having experienced a very sluggish response from my Home Insurance Company (Emergency/Repair line); the leak was getting worse by the day; (10 days to be exact!). He rang us to arrange a convenient time to come round to do an initial look at the job and then returned at the weekend to do a thorough inspection on the roof. Michael and his team came to look at my roof hoping it was a small job but sadly the roof was in a bad way and had been neglected for decades. I got three quotes and White Knights were the cheapest and the ones that impressed me the most. They replaced the whole roof and even though it was a far bigger job than they first thought and took longer they stuck to the quote to the penny. I had water coming through our roof in several places and arranged for several companies to quote, White Knight immediately gave us faith and I am so glad that we chose them. White Knights level of knowledge and professionalism was second to none they took pictures and videos daily to show us what was needed and how they had addressed it and did a stunning job on a very difficult property in a conservation area. Added to this all of their staff were polite and courteous and really friendly. The job was quoted at 6 days but for a host of reasons it took 11 but there was not even mention that the price should increase, and it did not. I was so pleased with the job that I then arranged for them to replace the textured coating on the house, this of course was a different specialised team but they were again masters in their trade and have done a fantastic job. Highly recommend. Replaced lower roof, facias, guttering and general roof repairs. All carried out to an excellent standard. Very knowledgeable and explains how and why they are doing each bit of work.

He has been working at our house for the last three weeks. The works included repointing the front of the house, replacement of a dormer roof, facias and soffits and other associated tasks. This is the second time he has worked for us and it has a pleasure to have him working here. The standard of work and care taken is outstanding and we recommend him without hesitation.

Steve came to fix a couple of leaks on our terraced roof. -first attempt didn't solve leak but he returned and persevered until it did. He also found and fixed a longstanding leak on my roof that several before him had not been able to locate. He also showed us photographs of before, showing where work needed to be done and after of the completed job. Reasonable rates, too.

Hopeless probably came in between a roofing job, put a bit of silver paint on the roof valley charge me £40 the next day it was leaking again, got emergency home cover to come out, they confirmed it needed a roof new valley he probably didn't have the time to do it, only had the time just to fit me in for 1-hour in between his roofing job that day.

Steve has done a few jobs for my family over the years. Always great quality work and always feel the work is at a very fair cost, never too much.

Andy & his team of merry men were terrific . They quoted, turned up on time, did a great job & stuck to their price. Ours was a big and tricky slating job using all reclaimed, French slate. He even gave us a hand with scaffolding & guttering. We will miss him singing from the roof-top! Whats more he is young & full of energy & enthusiasm which is a huge plus on a big project. We would use him again on other jobs.

Good service from Andy: punctual, tidy and friendly. Andy gave me a quote for two different approaches to the job and didn't try to push one over the other. He kept me informed of when he was due to come in. He took photos of each stage of the job to show me what he had done. I can recommend AK roofing for flat roofs.
