SR Roofers came out to repoint the chimney and replace the flashing. They also replaced the ridge tiles and any tiles that where damaged. Cleaned the moss of the roof as well. Excellent service and more than happy to recommend them to family and friends.,

After getting numerous people to come and look at my roof and never bothering to come back I contacted SR Roofers who gave me a very competitive quote. They turned up to do the job when they said they would and gave me updates throughout the whole time they were here. I would definitely use them again if I need them.

Arnold Building were doing some work on my neighbours house so I asked them to have a look a couple of damaged roof tiles. They were extremely helpful & advised that a few of our ridge tiles also needed replacing. They could start within a couple of weeks so we decided to have all the ridge tiles across our bungalow replaced. Very happy with their work & would highly recommend them.

Michael and his team have replaced our old roof. We chose to use Michael after he had completed a few of our neighbour's roofs last year. I cannot fault the way this business operates, from the scaffolding going up on time to the end product. No payment was taken until the job was finished and the gardens and drive where swept out every single day !

Continuing my earlier Review: The option was Replacing all of the old & poorly installed Lead Work (historically speaking) or doing a really robust repair. It is with great pleasure that I write the following Review of "Quick Response Roofing" and the excellent Ronan. I contacted this company where all else had failed, in relation to a water leak coming into my downstairs ceiling - through the fireplace & into the adjacent overhead light fitting. Having experienced a very sluggish response from my Home Insurance Company (Emergency/Repair line); the leak was getting worse by the day; (10 days to be exact!). And it was only by taking matters into my own hands, that I came across this fine Roofing Company via Thomsonlocal. Having read the Reviews on their web site, I found just what I'd been looking for and left a message asking for help. Ronan came to my aid in double quick time & was soon in attendance, up his ladder, inspecting my roof & expertly diagnosing the problem i.e., Leaking from the Lead Work, surrounding my old Smokeless Fuel - Flue. Ronan gave me a comprehensive review of the situation and offered two alternatives: Replacing a

Ronan instantly replied to an online enquiry we made about some repairs we needed as a result of the storm. He rang us to arrange a convenient time to come round to do an initial look at the job and then returned at the weekend to do a thorough inspection on the roof. The work was completed to a high standard with Ronan asking us questions throughout and ensuring that the work met our requirements. He kept in contact during the work and then ensured that materials were all cleared away afterwards. Severnside Roofing & Building Specialists, Telford, were excellent. We had 4 quotes in total, including Severnside, the pricing was around the same so we asked to see previous and current work and after seeing that we decided to go with Severnside. My son's bungalow needed a complete re-roof, felt, membrane, batons and tiles. We were very pleased with the work carried out, some of my son's neighbours even commented on how well it was completed. They were fast, accurate and half way through they invited us up to have a look at the work so far. They were extremely tidy and even went through with a blower. We've already recommend them to my in-laws who had been let down by another company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use them again.

Just had a terrible experience of water pouring onto our bedroom ceiling while I was at work.My wife did what she could in containing the leak until I arrived home.Shortly after part of the ceiling caved in.After a couple of calls to roofing companies who did not answer I reached Rob at 1st call who said they could come first thing in the morning.They promptly arrived as said and fixed a split in the valley flashing in a professional way.I don't know how we would have coped without Rob and his men during all the recent bad weather.Many thanks and would highly recommend.

after phoning various roofing company's who were to busy except for one who wanted £3.500 to fix my leaking roof i spoke to Rob from 1St Call Roofing who was recommended by a friend after explaining the leak to Rob he thought it was a broken tile this proved to be correct and the work was carried out for a fraction of the price by friendly workers who new what they were doing would recommend them to any one looking for an honest roofer.

I contacted 1st call regarding a guttering downpipe issue. They attended the same day and explained what needed to be done. The attended the next day and competently ensured my guttering was at the correct angle for the downpipe to be effective. Whilst there they noticed, and photographed, two broken slates on my roof. These were promptly changed the next morning They provided an excellent service at a good price. I will use the again for any other roofing issues

We called about a leaking roof in the morning and they arrived at the house by the afternoon to investigate the problem.
