Severnside Roofing & Building Specialists, Telford, were excellent. We had 4 quotes in total, including Severnside, the pricing was around the same so we asked to see previous and current work and after seeing that we decided to go with Severnside. My son's bungalow needed a complete re-roof, felt, membrane, batons and tiles. We were very pleased with the work carried out, some of my son's neighbours even commented on how well it was completed. They were fast, accurate and half way through they invited us up to have a look at the work so far. They were extremely tidy and even went through with a blower. We've already recommend them to my in-laws who had been let down by another company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use them again.

My experience using Severnside Roofing & Building Specialists was very good, they came to do a big repair job on a leak in the valley on my roof and did a great job. Just had a terrible experience of water pouring onto our bedroom ceiling while I was at work.My wife did what she could in containing the leak until I arrived home.Shortly after part of the ceiling caved in.After a couple of calls to roofing companies who did not answer I reached Rob at 1st call who said they could come first thing in the morning.They promptly arrived as said and fixed a split in the valley flashing in a professional way.I don't know how we would have coped without Rob and his men during all the recent bad weather.Many thanks and would highly recommend.

after phoning various roofing company's who were to busy except for one who wanted £3.500 to fix my leaking roof i spoke to Rob from 1St Call Roofing who was recommended by a friend after explaining the leak to Rob he thought it was a broken tile this proved to be correct and the work was carried out for a fraction of the price by friendly workers who new what they were doing would recommend them to any one looking for an honest roofer.

I contacted 1st call regarding a guttering downpipe issue. They attended the same day and explained what needed to be done. The attended the next day and competently ensured my guttering was at the correct angle for the downpipe to be effective. Whilst there they noticed, and photographed, two broken slates on my roof. These were promptly changed the next morning They provided an excellent service at a good price. I will use the again for any other roofing issues

We called about a leaking roof in the morning and they arrived at the house by the afternoon to investigate the problem. We were provided with some options to fix the leak, and once we had decided which way to move forward they arrived promptly the next day to carry out the work. I found Pat and his team from All Seasons Roofing very capable & professional from start to finish. This was a big and unusual job involving extensive repairs and refurbishments to entire sections of the roof of this 4-storey historical block of 8 Flats. I run the management company for the building and have had bad experiences with roofers in the past. However this time it was refreshingly different. I finally found a company who were up to the considerable task at hand! Scope of works was agreed in writing with Wayne after a thorough inspection with Rob & Pat. I could tell from first meeting with roofer Rob that he was up to the job. The lads then put a huge shift in over the course of the project and i was given daily updates on progress. Very happy with the end result, the attention to detail and workmanship. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future and can't thank them enough for taking a great weight off my mind.

Id been quoted for a small job initially but after they started the job it turns out the job was going to be bigger than originally thought! They provided a new quote really quickly and managed to get scaffolders in that same morning and the job was completed by the next day! They kept in touch consistently and sent photos of the job as they worked. Im not an expert but the roof looks so much better! Overall, Im really happy!

Another great job done by Walter and his friendly staff. This is the third time in the last couple of years we have used W. B. Cunningham, this time it was some roughcasting on our gables. We always recommend them to any of our friends and I've only ever heard great things

We had a problem with the roughcast on the front of our house in that it was pourous and letting water through into the inside of the house and damaging the internal plaster work. I phoned quite a few companies however they either did'nt turn up or came out had a loook and then never came back. Walter came out at the stated time, identified the problem and gave what I consider to be a very fair price. As this was in November 2015 he advised that it would be better waiting until we had better weather as the roughcast required to be removed back to brick and reapplied. In May 2016 he came out and completed all the work. required. What a difference it has made. The colour match is very good to the extent you wouldn't know it had been done against the rest of the house. I am very happy with the work carried. He will be coming back out later in the year to repair my monoblock drive and some rendering on the steps at the rear of my house. Professional job done well.

Problems quickly diagnosed, and work carried out on the day agreed, to a high standard, and using high quality materials. Quoted price was adhered to, all waste removed, and the site left in a clean and tidy condition. Overall, one very pleased customer.

We had a very severe problem with damp in our loft because of water ingress. This meant that our property was difficult to heat and not at all energy efficient. Past and Present identified the issues quickly and carried out the required repairs efficiently and to a very high standard. The workmen who carried out the work were professional and very helpful. They kept us informed at every stage of the work. Our property no longer feels damp and the loft is now dry. We would definitely recommend Past and Present for their customer service and expertise. PR Home Improvements provided me with an excellent service. I initially found them online but found a few of my neighbours had also had some work done by them and recommended them to be as well. They came to do a complete re-roof for me as well as my guttering and some other jobs.
