• Jo (January 2018) Very impressed with the work carried out by this company. I did not know them previously and I found them on Yell.com. They did a very good job and were polite and tidy and clean. They even washed the kitchen floor when they finished. Communication was good and they gave a very good service. I recommend them.

• Sarah (March 2015) Exceptionally good service, very pleased to have found this builder A surveyor recommended Mann Building & Damp Proofing. I obtained a few quotes and found them reasonable and as the surveyor spoke well of them I used them rather than the other quotes and I am so pleased I found them. They did work on my house and did not mess me about like many builders do, I had the work approved by a RICS member and am very very pleased to have found them. I would certainly use them again. They also tidied up after themselves and were polite and user-friendly at all times. Ive heard people complain about their builders but I had a significant amount of work done and am so pleased I found them and will use them in future for anything I need doing.
