Abbey Scaffolding, has been established since 1997 in Glastonbury, providing scaffold erection and hire for construction, commercial projects, and private individuals. We provide scaffolding access and safety to national house builders, home owners, construction sites, listed buildings and specialist renovations, public buildings, and specialist industrial maintenance and workplace access. Our technical director has over 30 years' scaffolding experience and is able to offer advice for both general and specialist access requirements meeting all current safety regulation requirements. Beyond the supply of temporary stairways and platforms, recent projects have included bridging through large scale machinery at paper mills, mechanical assembly lines, bottling plants, and in the past, oil rigs. This type of work allows rapid internal repair access to time critical production lines. We work with many of the major and national building and construction companies. From home extensions and roof access, to new builds, hotels, and office block, our biggest priority is providing specialist access that is safe.
