• Put up scaffolding initially. Needed it moved to rear of property. Agreed date for it to be moved, and scheduled builders and supplies for a few days after. Didnt show. Had to chase and said he had no time on that day but didnt contact me to advise. So agreed another date and again booked builders. Again on the day, I chased and asked when he'd arrive.. he said "not today". No apology. Nothing. I asked him to collect his scaffolding and have booked another scaffolder. Sadly unreliable, and no apology for messing me around, messing other contractors around and costing me more money. Not recommended
