Delivered someone else skip in my back garden without permission took two months to remove it once remove damaged my fence and drove off without notify my tenants and then so rude on the phone and wont take any responsibility worst people I've ever spoke to please avoid

I wish i could give -5 Stars, this company is a joke, they ignore you and do not collect the skip when asked to, they were contacted on 21st August 2019 to collect the skip and low and behold the skip is still on my property, i have contacted my local councillor to get there license reviewed as i am not the first person they have done this to in the past month, I alllowed the skip to put on my property for my next door neighbour, who has been contacting them also, she has been told 5 different excuses, including that all the drivers were on holiday for a week, According to a solicitor i am within my right to charge the skip company rent for using my land.

Brilliant service delivered on time and collected on time.

Very poor communication. They didnt explain there was a time limit on how long we could have the skip for. We turned up to the house one morning only to find they had taken the skip away, without any phone call or warning that they were coming to collect it. So we had a half full skip and now a house full of rubble bags which were supposed to be going in the skip. I phoned them and they said they only allow skip hire for around 7 days and that its in their terms and conditions on the website, however I searched and couldnt find anything about time limits. A phone call at least would have been acceptable to say they were collecting the skip, so we could have prepared the rest of the rubbish for the skip. Wouldnt use them again. Very poor communication.
