Really helpful and polite workmen even when it became clear I'd booked the wrong service. They did as much as they could and advised me on exactly what I needed to book to remove the rest. Not the cheapest but excellent service and a good tidy job.

We used wasteking for a house clearance after the death of my mother. The service was fantastic with all goods removed including curtains and carpets. The operators were very respectful and efficient, leaving the house neat snd tidy.

Our builders ordered a skip from Ace for some general building waste. After the work had been completed the skip was at most 3/4 full, however when Ace came to collect they said it was too full and would not take it! Despite us paying a whopping £280 for the skip, they insisted that we remove some of the materials and did not offer any kind of discount for the inconvenience, time wasted, or fact that we were being given less than we had paid for. A further 2 times we attempted collection after removing more and more from the skip, and were always told to remove even more! The skip has finally been collected, after being here for 2-3 months, and we are left with 2 ton bags full of rubble that we had to remove. This was due to our driveway being narrow so a large collection lorry could not get to the skip, however we were not informed of this (maybe the builders were but they did not say anything to us) and to be honest if a skip is only allowed to be half full then the customer should o

We had such a helpful service and a very friendly - helpful guy who came to collect our skip last week. He was more than willing to go that extra mile to help me get the skip ready to go off/flatten down some of the higher items. For which I was very appreciative. Many thanks! Hannah

We called Ace Skip Hire for 10 Yard, (garden waste & a collapsed "out building"), the lady on the phone could not have been more helpful, the service was GREAT, "Skippy" arrived the following day, driver chappie was the most helpful person on the planet, delivered "exactomundo" !! and well placed, called for collection and exactly same great service. Ive used p.m. skip a few times and always been happy. Just To say big thank for the understanding from them. As we hired a skip unfortunately an illness stopped us filling the skip. Which meant we had the skip for nearly a month. They were very understanding And did not charge us for having it over time very polite and Professional. Thank you Mick from Betchworth Surrey

Really very very poor. I am absolutely disgusted and very disappointed with PM SKIPS. We received our skip and had noticed it seemed small. We measured the skip provided and had realised that PM SKIPS had delivered the wrong size skip. My husband had called them the next working day to let them know that they had provided us with the wrong size skip, but the lady on the phone was very rude and was telling us we are wrong. My husband explained that we had measured the skip and it is wrong, but she carried on being VERY RUDE! We had ordered a 12 yard skip and were given an 8 yard skip. Having spoken to her a few times she still carried on bring very rude. Even though they had made the mistake the lady didn't seem to be very helpful. We will NEVER EVER order a skip from PM SKIPS ever again! Not trust worthy and no customer service skills at all!
