The South Central office in particular has seen massive growth over the 10 years they've been established and have moved twice to accommodate the social worker's and carer's needs. Our charitable status means our focus is solely on that of the individuals we support and not on making a profit. The social workers and administrators are experts in your region and consistently go beyond the call of duty to ensure our carers have the toolset to encourage, develop and support not only the young people in their care but their own families too.

What is Adopt South? Adopt South is the partnership Regional Adoption Agency for Hampshire County Council, Isle of Wight Council, Portsmouth City Council and Southampton City Council. By joining our adoption services together, we have brought the best practice and experience from each of our four local authorities. This means it's easier to match a child with an adopter in any of the councils. It also means adopters, adoptive children and their birth families can use the combined services of the four authorities. It gives them the opportunity to come to events, speak to professionals or get post-adoption support from across Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and Southampton. Adoption is easier than you think. We welcome individuals and couples from all different backgrounds and beliefs. There is no upper age limit - single, couples, LGBT+, disabled, BAME backgrounds and you can be claiming Universal Credit or live in rented accommodation.
