I would 100% recommend this family run business. Don quoted me 8 months before we actually got a moving date but still went out of his way to be a helpful as possible. I can not praise his son's enough for the patience and professionalism on a very long and stressful move. We moved from Canvey to Clacton on one of the hottest days of this year. Peter and his team were brilliant! We loved the fact that they were a local business which meant that Peter was able to respond with additional boxes and paper when asked. Peter part loaded a couple of smaller vans the day before completion day which took a lot of the pressure off and packed up the vans very efficiently. The guys were all fabulous, very helpful and curteous. We have already recommended Peter and Stripes Movers to our old neighbours who are also looking to move soon. Would definitely use again!

Stripes Removals are absolutely excellent, I only needed a fairly small job done but nothing was too much trouble for them. They are just a great couple of guys really friendly and not overly formal, which just helps you relax straight away. They were polite and courteous all the way through and I couldn't believe how reasonably priced they were. I would definitely highly recommend them and if I ever need anything moving again I will definitely go back.

All I can say is that Stripes Movers are fantastic, we had booked them in for our house move and all communication and everything was set to go. The day before they were due to arrive, I went into labour! What a great bunch of guys they pretty much just did everything for us. I cannot fault them at all. Highly recommended from me.

Long Distance, No Problem. The Move It team headed by Neil where as professional as an independent trader can be. My effects where shipping from Leighton Buzzard to the Isle of Man without me even being present, the job was completed without damage, ontime, with personal attention and with very good communications. My load was heavy, not uniform and of no value to anyone else but was still treated with respect, I would use this company again if required.

We used Pauls Removal Company for our move back in September and the service was excellent. Paul and his team were punctual, professional, and incredibly hardworking. Efficient, friendly, brought a personal touch to the process as Paul himself visited our flat to troubleshoot possible access issues and discuss how best to secure our delicate items for safe transit, as well as making notes of how best to approach our storage locker located a few miles away. Paul offered us packing materials (as wed underestimated!) and was even happy to refund any that were unused. Suffice it to say nothing was too much trouble, were even willing to disconnect and reconnect our washing machine, patient and considerate at all times..they have been firmly recommended to friends and family!

Paul was a personable person to deal with and with the ever changing date for completion he was more than accommodating in the stressful situation The team were polite, considerate of our belongings and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. I had a fantastic experience using Melhuish Removals. When l first contacted them, they quickly arranged to come round to give me a quote at a time that suited me. They arrived bang on time and everything was explained clearly and all questions answered as well as providing me with a very reasonable quote. At a later date, l rang to request boxes and they were incredibly kind and brought them round the next morning - even though it was a Sunday!! As a company, they were very easy-going and when my exchange didn't happen at the expected date (and my chosen moving date couldn't happen) they took it all in their stride and were happy to arrange another moving date with me - their helpful and no fuss approach really helped decrease my stress levels! All phone messages and WhatsApp messages were responded to amazingly quickly and moving day went incredibly smoothly thanks to them. The moving team were skillful, professional and incredibly friendly. I definitely recommend their services!
