This team is excellent, they always pick me and my family on time and on the rare occasion they may be late i will get a call to let me know why their is a delay and how long till they come to me. Always good service best in uttoxeter

Please read this before booking a taxi with Uttoxeter taxis. We had a terrible experience with this company. We booked a taxi at around 3 o clock to pick up up at 6:40. I had to call 3 times, gave them my number so the taxi man could ring me if he was lost, and he still didn't arrive until 7:05, 25 minutes late!! He never apologized for bring late and didn't know how to get to Keele University, so we had to hold up Google maps on our phone and talk him through the directions. When we arrived (almost 30 minutes late btw), he changed us £40 and completely refused to give us a discount for being so late. I rang his boss and he also refused to apply a discount. So, if you want to your taxi to arrive 25 minutes late, receive a terrible service and be overcharged (we got a return taxi for £25 using Roseville taxis), then go ahead and book. If not, stay far away from this taxi company. You have been warned!

Very good service fast and reliable

On up to 4 occasions I have been left waiting for a taxi I have booked with this company. Once, for as long as 2 hours, without so much as a phone call explaining the issue for their poor time keeping, or how long they would be. There is the odd employee that does them a lot of justice but overall their customer services and general attitude towards people is vile. I also find it appalling that if you need a last minute taxi from somewhere out of Uttoxeter area, back in to town, they will not do it unless they have the full money deposit. What kind of taxi service is that? I wouldn't advise anyone to go with them considering there are a lot more taxi companies from around the area to choose from, that will do their job properly.

If you need a taxi give them a call! Always prompt arrival!

Their drivers have been honest,reliable and friendly! Their fare prices at minimum are just 2.80 quite cheap!

Probably ridden in better cars but the fare was reasonable so im not complaining.

I feel ripped off and conned by this company, no meter , not told it would be time and a half on a Sunday, dirty taxi and no customer service skills, just out to make money. Charged £10 for 1.8 miles trip that would have been 4.48 with Uber . Avoid!

Rip off. Changed the location on where I wanted to go once within the same village and he had a massive go at me and told me I was F ing him about and f ing him off. So rude and horrible. Would never use again.

Absolute rip off. Charged us £22 for one taxi and £32 for the other on tariff 3 at 10pm on a Sunday night to travel 6 miles.

Brilliant service, bang on time

Pre-booked a mini bus with Max for our Alton Towers journey, he was very attentive before the journey, such as texting/ringing us to let us know where he would be and also how to find him as we weren't from the area. He was there early so we weren't waiting and was very chatty during both our journeys with him. Also best prices we could find, would 100% recommend.

Used Belper cars a umber of times over the past few years when visiting a relative at Holbrook Hall. Only let us down once, and that was because the train was late! Relative has now passed away, but Belper Cars helped a great deal -they even recognised me on the phone and just said 'same as usual?'.

Don't bother using this taxi service. They overbook, sub-contract you to another taxi service, don't tell you and you stand waiting for Belper cars while another taxi (A6/Scotts) pulls up and then drives off without bothering to wind the window down and tell you they have come to pick you up. Both companies then blame each other for leaving you stranded. Belper cars couldn't even manage an apology. Would sooner walk than use this company!
