    • price good which is why I gave them 2 stars and not 1. My purse had fallen out my pocket into his car without me realising. I called them up and said yes he had found it and asked where I wanted them to send him to give it back. I said my work and they said they would send him now. I said great and waited outside my work for 30 minutes. I called them up again and they told me he was just doing a few pick ups and he would be there, so I asked them to leave it at reception and i would pick it up at the end of my shift. They said fine. This was Monday Morning. My shift ended and my purse was not there. So I called them everyday since and it was meant to be dropped off at various different places including my house and i have still not got it. It's Friday Morning, I'm getting very worried and am now having to find your taxi bank and sit in there till I get it, even though I have had to book a day off work to do so and miss my wages due to new bank card that day. not impressed.

    • The worst Taxi ever!!!!!!The lady put the phone down, when I call her third time , said I am waiting outside my house with my 6 years old waiting for her important exam .The lady (I am a very polite)put my phone down She heard me crying , I can't go coz I am late already my little one is devastated , she said the taxi driver was at home , even at my backdoors.Ha ha ha , I don't have a backdoors sweetheart and I was waiting outside for half an hour .I couldn't miss your taxi!!#####I am not let the case so easily.People never ever choose this taxi!!!!!!!!#

    • The worst taxi ever, I wait for half an hour outside with my daughter waiting for taxi.Never show up.I result my daughter didn't get her ballet exam.She was devastated.Lady in the office put the phone down didn't want to even speak with me telling me , taxi driver was in my house.He never show up.Who is giving back my money for exam and months of practising.Must went to the wrong address.

    • I was working during the eat out to help out sceme as a chef and during this time I was working nearly 60 hours a week on North Ferriby so I thought I would get a taxi which is about just over 1 mile away from my workplace to see my kids at park and the drive charged me £15 which is extortionate and the driver told me it cost an extra £7 because of the area that I am in.

    • Taxi was pre booked 36 hours before and then turned to 35 minutes late. No apology, fobbed off on the phone. Awful service.
