    • Horrible service. Ordered a pet friendly taxi the day before travelling. In the morning a normal cab arrived with a confused rude driver who refused to take the dog. He contacted the office and they said that there are no pet friendly cars available at this time. Had to run to get to the vet's on time. Awful, incompetent company, will never use again.

    • Generally good drivers if you can get a cab in the first place, rude operators, jobs not booked when they say they are, and they screen calls. Avoid this company they couldnt care less about customer service.

    • Increadbly rude telephone receptionist!!! Horrendous service waiting for 40 minuets for our taxi not to show and to be told when rang back that we had to wait a further 2p mins. Discusing. To top it off they then screaned our calls. Completly rude!!!

    • Took a Carmiles cab from Hastings to Northiam Great Dixter House and Gardens. £19. Rang for return cab and was told that it would cost £24.99 including a booking fee. Then told I had to pay with my mob phone. Could not as I dont have a money system on my phone. Spent an hour trying to find another can company with no success. Finally nice lady at reception at Gt Dixter offered to pay Carmiles with her system and we gave her cash refund. Ih 45 mins waiting for me and my friend both in our 70s. As I have used Carmiles every week for ten years from my home in Hastings (as I explained to their man on their phone) this seems WRONG. Driver when he arrived was charming.

    • Appalling. Will never use again. Book one three hours in advance to get me home from work, three times in a row the taxi was twenty minutes late!!! Had to repeatedly call, and was repeatedly told a car was only a couple of minutes away. Only excuse given was that they are busy, not the reason the drivers gave me, if so busy then why accept the booking!!! Absolute abomination of a service.

    • Just been aggressive verbally abused in the street by one of the drivers outraged behaviour take him off the road. They are a disgrace to Reputable taxi drivers.

    • I was verbally abused & threatened at ASDA St Leonards branch by one of your drivers & I wasn't even waiting for a cab .He drove a red Ford ( I won't give the reg but I know it )So I won't ever be using this company again
