Would never use again neverturnd up for return journey controller must be over worked dose not answer the phone and when she dose bad atetued no people skills and no idea on how to look after customers

Do not have a clue how to luck after customers and unreliable never turned up for return journey had to walk home the controller has no control must be over worked because puts the phone down on paying customers very bad atetued

Shittest company I have ever tried to book a taxi with. I am pregnant and left stranded and the lady I keep calling is hanging up on me claiming the taxi arrived however this was early so why would I be there half an hour early. She is persistently hanging up instead of sorting out the issue. Do not use this company.

With a fractured ankle a taxi was essential, went to back of big co-op in Fordingbridge and sure enough found one, very smooth drive, very pleasant and a great experience, thank you

I pre booked a taxi service 15 hours before pick up from Red Express and a couple of hours before pick up they said they could not do it as they couldn't pay the taxi driver after midnight which meant I had to walk home. Very poor service.

Dont touch this company with a barge pole! Booked a taxi back from Blandford Forum to Christchurch. Didnt turn up, left stranded. Finally got through to someone to be told we were lying about the booking. Absolutely disgusted!

This taxi company tried to charge my son £10 more than what we paid to our different taxi company, for the same journey at about the same time. Tried to con a younger couple.

Terrible. Driver charged me 42 pounds from Verwood to castle point and drove like a snail to up the cost. Terrible.

Arrived on time in a very clean car with a smart and polite driver. A great all round service.
