Carnt get a hackney wen realy need one

Got taxi yesterday 6th Nov left a bag in cab rang as soon as I realised. The taxi driver Peter said no bag was left this was a perfume set and was in a special bag it cost me over 50 pounds was gutted even more so when your drivers just keep list property. I rang this morning to see what policy was on handing back left property and the clown of an operator hung up on me .I am fuming and I will put this on social media to inform the public of this terrible ordeal

How can I put this? They are never on time. Sometimes, they can be frustratingly early to the point that they arrive when you're in the middle of something 10 minutes before the booking time, before starting the thing on the app and overcharging you for waiting despite their arriving early. Other times, they are so late that you've got more chance of a herd of pegasi appearing than you have of a taxi, which I find insanely frustrating as because of personal circumstances, I have to use this company to get to and from work each day due to their monopoly in the Wirral. Furthermore, they overcharge you to the point that I'm convinced that they're basically the Ferengi from Star Trek, trying to hoard all their wealth like they're Grand Nagus Zek. I'd wager that Jeff Bezos, with all his wealth, could only afford two Argyles before being destitute, and that's if it went from Birkenhead to Liverpool. I'd keep going, but I'm not writing a thesis for a PhD. I'd rate 0, maybe -1/5 if I could.

Pre-booked for Sunday morning 07.00....in order to get to Liverpool coach station at 08.10. Rang to confirm at 06.50...told they would send driver now. Rang at 07.05 & 07.15 told driver was in Liscard on way. Rang again at 07.20 and 07.25 told there were a couple of cars in Liscard and they were trying to get one to us. Gave up and drove over costing considerably more to park but still worth every penny. NEVER USE THIS SHOWER OF SH*TE AGAIN. Second time they've let us down ...lesson learned.

Well never thought I would be posting on here again but here we go. Back in February I left a review about how you left us stranded for getting to my Mum's funeral & how we had to get the funeral directors to divert & pick us up. Today we laid Mum & my stepfather to rest. I begged my Aunt and Uncle not to use you to get to the service but they were so certain that they would not be let down. Cab booked for 11.15am, 11.20 they rang you to be told driver was just dropping someone off & heading straight over to pick them up. 11.35 they rang back & basically told don't know when we can get to you. What happened to the "just dropping off and heading straight over"?? A blatant lie or were they doing a drop off in bloody Scotland! Luckily a neighbour offered to drive them over & when my Uncle tried to do the honourable thing & ring you back to let you know cab was not needed you had blocked his number. Absolute disgrace that TWICE you have let us down for attending funeral services.

Thursday 24th Feb - Failed to send a cab for my Aunt and Uncle to get to their great-niece's 24th Birthday because they were too busy when they took the call and forget to book it in, meant they arrived half an hour late causing complications for the restaurant handling a party of 11 people. Friday 25th Feb - Despite booking on 21st and confirming TWICE after that transport for 8 people in in an 8 seater, or if that was unavailable 2 cars, for THEIR suggested time of 12pm pick up and knowing this was for my Mum's funeral failed to send transport and when contacted advised it would be another 15 mins. Had to phone the funeral directors at very short notice and arrange for them to pick us en-route to my Aunts house as opposed to meeting us there. Definitely not what I needed at a time of grieving. Absolutely shambolic, unprofessional and unreliable service.

Left our daughter stranded in the middle of the night when her card was retained by a faulty cash machine. When I called independently to try to find a solution to bring her home safely they were completely uninterested in helping.

Cab never arrived despite repeated requests

Booked a taxi to take my friend to a surprise birthday party. Booked online a few days early and received booking confirmation via text message. The taxi didnt turn up. I tried ringing but got an answer phone message saying they have no taxis available. I received no phone call or explanation. Awful experience. Do not rely on this company, avoid them!

the operator for this company is a c*nt. Called up to find where the cab was. He tried saying I gave the wrong address after clearly saying moreton twice. Bad attitude, it's a shame. They're usually really good.

Terrible company! Booked a taxi last night to have the driver drive off on 2 young girls because he didn't like the look of the pub. We called up to find out were our taxi had gone only to be hung up on several times. Absolutely appalling service it was lucky another brilliant taxi firm completed their job properly!

Taxi booked & confirmed 2pm for picking up my daughter 19.50pm flight cost £45. Getting home from Belgium to see her sick grandmother. No show. rang office most unprofessional reply of bloke says "got notten love". Explained had booking...Said in book but he'd not seen it! Cost us £85 to get her home. So very annoying. List our future airport runs & custom.

AWFUL! Never got my property back out of the taxi boot despite ringing within a few minutes of leaving the taxi. Fill a form in online!! Absolutely thick

AWFUL! Aggressive driver, unhelpful, rude, wouldnt wait while I had to pick something up. Never again.

Absolutely been traumatized this morning. Taxi man ended up getting in a argument with someone. Understand at first because someone pulled out dangerously on him. Put the finger up which set the other driver of more. Other driver went at the car to the point where the taxi had to swerved onto the kirb onto grass. Rang police took my phone number and name which I didnt mind then still asked for the money after nearly killing me on the way to work ! I couldnt even move or speak I was shaking and in shock so much. 17 year old watching 2 grown men nearly fighting. Also got coffee on me of the other driver thag swilled the taxi. Heard nothing since, worst experience of my life

Absolute awful company ,left the wife and I stranded at Manchester airport , our flight was delayed , however when we landed I received a call from their driver to say he was outside the airport and to ring him when we had collected our bags , now admittedly there was a delay in getting through security and getting our cases , anyway I rang him and said were ready now, only to be told that he had taken another fare and therefore hadnt waited for us as agreed . So I immediately rang their office to complain they offered to get another car out to us but couldnt say when , my wife had been ill on holiday and the last thing we wanted at 2am in the morning was to hang around waiting for a taxi to get to us from Liverpool , so we ended up getting a black cab which cost £154 suffice to say I will never ever use Delta ever again

Do not use this taxi company ,did not turn up for a booking even though it was booked well in advance left us stranded in Liverpool at 12 oclock at night could not get an answer as it was an automated machine I do not normally complain,but this was unacceptable i will be bringing it up with the taxi licensing committee hopefully something can be done about them.

Got told it would be ten minuets gave up after half an hour and called someone else

Excellent service. Last Thursday, we booked a taxi to go to Upholland, West Lancashire in order to attend a funeral. Tony arrived promptly and, as he had planned the route, knew exactly how to get there. We booked the return journey at 3.00 pm and Harry had arrived about 4.10 pm. Thank you for an excellent service on a stressful day.

I've been using this company for the last 2 years every day, commuting to the train station and back. This morning I've ordered a taxi as per usual. I waited for the call back that I always get. After some time I checked if the taxi was outside. When I saw a waiting taxi, I jumped in to it. The driver said I've been waiting for you 5 minutes. I explained that I always get a call back and was expecting the same today. He told me to get out of his car and to order another taxi. Very rude and unprofessional.
