One of the best taxi company in haywards heath for my airport pick-up and drop-off services with group of 7 in my family members. Driver arrived on time both journeys no need to wait even a minute. Wonderful service.

I booked Andy to take my elderly neighbour to Haywards Heath hospital and back. He was very kind and helped her into the hospital and then up the stairs of her house on their return. She commented on how friendly and patient he was and has since booked him to take her to several more appointments. If you're looking for someone trustworthy and reliable, would definitely recommend.

Driver late, pickup from brighton going to three bridges, driver was doing nearly 100mph on the motorway (I filmed it). Was told a price on the phone ?35.00. When I got the other end, driver literally was hassling me for more money !!!! And wouldn't give up. I refused, paid the ?35.00 and left. Really poor unrealiable company who don't actually care even when you phone with a complaint. From memory, roadrunners back in the day were great but now I would pay the extra and go with someone else!!!!! Shane !

Late Every time I've used them from my Fathers local address. Final straw today, Over 30 minutes late and I missed my train, despite booking the car 1 hour before pick-up. Driver was subsequently messing around with Sat Nav and nearly put us in a ditch. Please avoid. They will be late.

Absolutely useless company! Wife has been trying for over a month to get email confirmation from them for Access to Work as you need 3 quotes. Wortax and Elite sent within a day, but this company obviously aren't bothered about those with a disability.

It has been one and half month trying to use them. Each time ask for a driver with card machine so I can pay by card. Every time the driver fails to meet this demand, one driver deliberately increased the fees to £2 on card payments. When I agreed he was pissed off and start writing the receipt in an angry way, I told him to calm down and paid by Cash then he tore the receipt apart and refused to give it to me. Another said it is broken, third didn't knew how to use it. I use them to attend 15 mins gathering each Friday, that last one didn't know how to use it and I lost the gathering because of that, I asked him to take me back and he didn't even reload the trip ending leaving me paying £2.6 extra just for him trying to figure out how to use the Card machine. When I called the office, they were like "It is not our fault, we can only apology". I really can't understand that attitude, so I pay £17 just for 10 mins ride to do nothing!

i use this firm at least 3 times a week and have had no problems at all most of the drivers are friendly and courteous and staff are brilliant

I left purse in the cab homeward bound, payment already organised but realised my loss the following day. They wouldn't contact driver until end of day as he wasn't working and asleep. I had to follow up, they didn't bother to call and needless to say, no purse found. They showed no duty of care to their customer at all. Police aware

3/3 I had by now missed my train and was late for work, thanks to these disgusting scammers. I have informed the police of the attempted theft, and extortion. I have not used this firm since and will not be in future. Fortunately, there are plenty of other taxi firms in Worthing. So this is no problem for me. They lost out. I regret paying their fee as they had no right over my belongings. That's what they get for being deeply vicious and nasty. I still cannot believe their disgusting behaviour - deliberately distressing a vulnerable person. Well done. They should be ashamed. Their loss.

Got a taxi just now location. Was a straight road down 1 mile and cost £9 started at £5.30. Before midnight how can these charges be charged. Have had your same company charge less for the same journey. Still gave your driver £10 but dont understand the extortionate prices

Pre-booked a minibus via email for a works do in Brighton several weeks in advance. Received text confirmation the same day of pickup, however minibus didn't turn up, leaving us without transport on Brighton seafront in the freezing cold. Phone isn't answered. I'm deeply unsure how this company is still trading - would advise to book elsewhere.

They also didn't turn up to collect 14 guests after our daughter's wedding. They were left stranded and we had to drive them home ourselves at 2 am, 1 hour away from the venue. They promised me that I would be refunded fully, but 8 weeks later, I'm still waiting for the money. Also, their website is a total lie. I am in the process of making an official complaint both to the local licensing authority and Trading Standards. It's shocking that this company is allowed to operate at all.

I booked in advance with them from heathrow to brighton,, and when I arrived with other 10 passengers they did not turn up!!! and their reason was the driver does not want to come!!!! It is really distruptive service!!!

Unreliable. Despite booking and obtaining writen confirmation over 3 weeks in advance, a mini bus for 9 people, the taxi didn't turn up, leaving us all stranded.

Booked on app. Waited 30 minutes - phoned and the cab was never coming and we had declined offer of using another cab on basis that we wanted to honourbthe booking we had made with Taxi Link Oh the irony! Very badly let down!

Waited for around an hour for a taxi for my elderly mother in law, I phoned the office to ask what the problem was and the very unpleasant operator said to me youre not going to moan at me mate and she put the phone down on me . Really not what I would expect from a professional outfit . Shocking behaviour . Think the operator needs to be retrained or find a new profession this happened 30/04/22 if the operator is reading this hope youre happy with your behaviour.

Pre paid 30 pounds for a cab to get my son home from Worthing. Because my son was slightly worse for wear tried to tell him it wasnt paid for! Drove him to cash machine to draw out money! Thank god he called me to check. Told him do not pay them the money had already left my account and fate had been pain. Driver kept insisting it hadnt been paid until I asked for his name and driver number! All of a sudden it was all ok. Called firm to complain giving all details of driver, car reg and job number. They hung up on me. Dodgy firm avoid at all cost!

Never turned up absolute rubbish

Took a taxi from Uckfield this morning to Haywards Heath. I booked the taxi and when i booked it I accidentally booked it from Uckfield to Brighton and was given a Quote of £65. I then fixed the booking and it was raised to £70. No gear turned on in the car. no meter just a flat charge. I spoke to another taxi man on the way back and he agreed it was unacceptable. Charging someone for the drive to them isn't listed ANYWHERE on your website and im sure if that truly is how you run the company then you won't be around much longer. Taking advantage of someone who needed to make a very early hospital trip. cost me less then £30 for a non booked taxi....

Turned up late, refused to take dog even though they told me the dog was no problem.

I called the company that I have been using for 5 years to ask for a cab. I was told that the company was to busy to send me a cab. I asked if they knew of an alternative number and they hung up without warning. No customer service whatsoever.

Taxi to Gatwick airport- 12 year old taxi not fit for purpose. Dirty scruffy, dangerous pulling on the motorway. Driver was scruffy too - never again

Shockingly unreliable, have had two occasions where booked taxi has not shown up and they have had no recollection of my booking. Would never recommend
