Taxis in Bristol North, Bristol, Avon

Taxi didn't arrive, despite being booked several days in advance. No call from firm or response to my calls chasing.

Do not use this company. We booked a taxi for 2.30am and received a missed call at 2.05am asking if we still wanted our taxi during which time we were in a pub with no signal. We waited until 2.50 at which point we realised they had abandoned our booking and left us to find our own way home.

Do not use! Booked in Advance and they left me stranded at 11:30pm for 80 minutes. Eventually driver said he could get to me at 1am by this time I made other arrangements. Seeing the other reviews I see this company cannot be trusted.

Booked our taxi a year ago. Rang this week to confirm all was ok. Company calling themselves South West Taxis got us to the venue but then didnt turn up for the return journey leaving us stranded. Loads of excuses but an eventual no show. Ruined our evening. Avoid at all costs. They seem sincere but do not care about their customers.

What a disgrace this company are and I wasn't surprised to see other 1 star reviews companies saying they just don't care. They call me 1 min before pick up time whilst waiting outside for cab to tell me driver has had a puncture...and can't find a replacement for 90 mins?? ...What about Spare tire?...doesn't have one?...what Taxi driver doesn't have a spare tire??? ...and Taxi companies wonder why Uber is taking all their business...its cause they do a great job and care about their customers unlike Techxi. DO NOT USE this company as they will let you down 100%!

They just dont care about their responsibilities or their customers. Now theyve expanded theyve become arrogant towards customer satisfaction. Dont care if they are late and arent bothered to contact you if something goes wrong. They used to excellent but must have been taken over as the call centre is now in India, so there is no local knowledge of the area, how ridiculous for a taxi company. Truly awful and the last time well be using them.

They dont even warrant the 1 star after being stranded in Bristol, I would not recommend or use this company again.

Brilliant service. My Dad had a fall in USA and was travelling into Heathrow at 06.30am and needed a taxi transfer back to Chippenham. EZYS TAXIS were fantastic the were there waiting and took great care of him all the way back to his house. They even called the driver to make sure he had located my Dad in Heathrow and let me know he was on his way. The transfer was good value and very reliable. 5 stars !

Absolute rip off company! I had a cab from Chippenham to Royal Wootton Bassett and was charged £80! I phoned them up asking for a quote for the same journey and was quoted 'about £40'. Then when I let on who I was he then tried to blame the council setting the rates (moron!)

Rubbish taxi firm. Car didn't show up and we missed our train. They didn't seem to care at all... Avoid if you want a reliable firm.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company. It was an absolute pleasure to be taken care of in such a friendly and professional manner. Driver was great, vehicle was new and clean.
