Prompt, efficient, friendly

Excellent service, nice clean car, lovely friendly driver, efficient and quick, reasonable price. Very pleased.

I left my wallet in one of their cabs in a rush to get home. I contacted them and text the driver the next morning to inform them of my mistake. Also that my partner had tested positive that day for COVID so the driver should maybe get tested. Simply not interested. The driver didnt even return a call or text.

I used BD cars twice a day for the past 2 1/2 weeks. They were exceptional. Punctual, courteous and reliable. I cannot recommend them more highly. Thank you

Phoned for cab,cab turned up called to say outside,I said was coming downstairs,am disabled,the taxi drove off,rang the company back and they ignored the the phone for 35mins the time it took me to limp to the office,am putting a formal complaint in,a absolute joke,never use them is my advice,if I could rate zero I would,

Booked a return journey with one of their drivers, didn't show,checked,booking not made,cost me money. Complained,told my fault,shouldn't have booked with driver but not told that by driver.

Terrible company. Asked for a hotel pickup in Bristol to Temple Meads. Booked 1 hour 20 mins in advance, got confirmation. Waited 10 minutes over the designated time, called the company, told minibus on its way. No sign of it 10 mins later. Tried calling again, put the phone down on me. I got a friend to call on their phone and they picked up, They then sent 1 cab that could take 4 only - 25 mins late. Needless to say, we missed our train and it cost me 140 quid to catch the next one. They could not have cared less.

DO NOT BOOK WITH TECHXI! Absolutely DREADFUL service! I had prebooked a taxi to get myself and my disabled husband home from a wedding, a week in advance. When they didn't turn up, I phoned them and they informed me that they had cancelled it. They gave me no reason for this. As it was 11.45pm, I was unable to get another taxi, leaving my disabled husband with no way to get home. I phoned them again, to see if there was anything they could do and the gentleman I spoke to was extremely rude and then tried to tell me that I had never actually made a booking with them, even though they had sent me a text at 11.35pm telling me that THEY had cancelled the booking! He then hung up on me. I had to get home for my dog so had to walk 2 miles HOME, alone, in high heels, in the dark (they switch the street lights at midnight here), leaving my disabled husband at the wedding venue. Luckily, he managed to get a lift an hour later with another guest, otherwise he would've had to pay for a hotel room

Do not use! Booked in Advance and they left me stranded at 11:30pm for 80 minutes. Eventually driver said he could get to me at 1am by this time I made other arrangements. Seeing the other reviews I see this company cannot be trusted.

Booked our taxi a year ago. Rang this week to confirm all was ok. Company calling themselves South West Taxis got us to the venue but then didnt turn up for the return journey leaving us stranded. Loads of excuses but an eventual no show. Ruined our evening. Avoid at all costs. They seem sincere but do not care about their customers.

What a disgrace this company are and I wasn't surprised to see other 1 star reviews companies saying they just don't care. They call me 1 min before pick up time whilst waiting outside for cab to tell me driver has had a puncture...and can't find a replacement for 90 mins?? ...What about Spare tire?...doesn't have one?...what Taxi driver doesn't have a spare tire??? ...and Taxi companies wonder why Uber is taking all their business...its cause they do a great job and care about their customers unlike Techxi. DO NOT USE this company as they will let you down 100%!

They just dont care about their responsibilities or their customers. Now theyve expanded theyve become arrogant towards customer satisfaction. Dont care if they are late and arent bothered to contact you if something goes wrong. They used to excellent but must have been taken over as the call centre is now in India, so there is no local knowledge of the area, how ridiculous for a taxi company. Truly awful and the last time well be using them.

Do not book with these people. They are totally unreliable. I had an early morning taxi booked to the airport for 5 am this morning. I booked it 2 days ago. I was waiting outside 5 mins before and at 5.15 they still hadnt turned up. I tried phoning and voicemail was turned off. They still havent called me saying they couldnt cone. Eventually i had to give up and drive to the airport. Parking here will cost me a fortune. Not happy.

A2b do not have a active website or any other form of online bookings, we only take bookings by phone...

Ordered an airport transfer online with A2B only to be emailed that the price on the website was not correct and was an additional £12. On the way there the driver didn't say a word or offer to help with baggage. Driving was dangerous and reckless. Complained to the company and requested a different driver. They responded with 'noted' - that was it, no apology. Then taxi didn't show up on our return, rang the company and they denied all knowledge of our booking. Definitely would not recommend, very unprofessional.

I was quoted between 5 and 8 pounds for my journey of 1 mile..but I was charged 12..appalling.. I won't be using this shower again..

Came down from London & needed a number of boxes delivered to a local business the next morning. Every thing went well and the paper work was sent back to me in the post as requested. Reliable & reasonably prices.

5star service, quick cheap and friendly

Very bad experiencecalled yesterday and booked for a taxi for bus station (heading to Heathrow for a flight), received a confirmation message, then in the morning @0630 am no one came, so called them and surprisingly they said nothing booked, although I have received a confirmation text message on my mobile.so I have to search for someone to drive me to the station @0630 am in order not to miss my flight

Absolutely atrocious, I ordered a taxi for a 15 minute drive, after waiting twenty minutes for my taxi, twice the recommended amount, I called and was told it was still on its way and would be “A few minutes.” Fast forward ten minutes later and Im informed the taxi under my name had been taken by someone else. They then proceeded to say a taxi would arrive imminently to get me on time for my train, another five minutes and I call to be told its waiting around the side. These taxis claim to call upon arrival but it had been sitting in a bay instead of calling to inform me we could depart, or there had been some other failure and the wrong number had been passed along (very possible given the similarity of the number on the drivers phone to my own. Instead of departing he then waited more time in the bay instead of driving me to the station. I wound up late, adding an hour and a half to my travel time from a culmination of error, incompetence, and inability to execute the job. Rubbish
