    • Do not book with these people. They are totally unreliable. I had an early morning taxi booked to the airport for 5 am this morning. I booked it 2 days ago. I was waiting outside 5 mins before and at 5.15 they still hadnt turned up. I tried phoning and voicemail was turned off. They still havent called me saying they couldnt cone. Eventually i had to give up and drive to the airport. Parking here will cost me a fortune. Not happy.

    • Ordered an airport transfer online with A2B only to be emailed that the price on the website was not correct and was an additional £12. On the way there the driver didn't say a word or offer to help with baggage. Driving was dangerous and reckless. Complained to the company and requested a different driver. They responded with 'noted' - that was it, no apology. Then taxi didn't show up on our return, rang the company and they denied all knowledge of our booking. Definitely would not recommend, very unprofessional.

    • I ordered a taxi after being quoted £20 for my journey which was slightly cheaper than an Uber. The car was filthy and smelled strongly of cigarettes. He charged me £28 instead of the original £20 quote. I will not be using them again. Uber is cleaner, more reliable and cheaper!

    • Totally criminal, I don't know how these guys even have a licence. The driver stole all my valuables from my bag. I left it in the taxi and realised 5mins later and gave them a call straight away. They told me the driver had the bag and I could collect it from the office but when I did, it had been cleaned out. The manager became threatening and abusive I went in to complain and threw me out of the office. If you're going to the airport, DON'T get them to pick you up from your house. I know people who were burgled after telling a driver from this company they were going away on holiday. If you're a woman coming home from a night out, use a reputable company with CCTV, not these guys. For the sake of your safety, spend a few extra £s on a reputable company that vets it's drivers. This company is utterly dangerous.

    • I,m on dialysis at South Bristol Dialysis Unit, Ive been there a few years and yet theyll pick me up lunch time but come late afternoon they forget to book you in for your ride home. How they can forget someone that easily I dont know

    • Wonderful Streamline saved the day. My train to Abbeywood to transfer to Worcester for daughters wedding was cancelled at a monutes notice and next train would not het there in time. Streamline were fantastic got me there with 50 minutes to spare. Lovely driver calmed me fown and cheered me up. Love them!
