    • DO NOT USE THIS DISHONEST FIRM!!! I booked a cab to pick up my daughter at the international airport for a flight arriving at midnight. I paid the full fare in advance (£50). My daughters flight was 45 minutes late. The driver refuses to wait and drive off. Kate Kabs refuses to refund my £50. I had to wake up my elderly mother to drive to the airport to fetch my daughter. Other firms I have used will charge an extra fee for an airport pick up if the flight is late but the drivers do not drive off and keep the money. This is dishonest and I am disgusted with this policy. Susan at Karekabs was particularly unhelpful.

    • Hopeless , after they were fifty minutes late I gave up waiting, its a pity they hold the town to ransom by being the main taxi provider. Ill avoid at all costs in the future

    • The most cheeky taxi man I've ever had the displeasure of having, for some reason he asked me why didn't I just drive to the place where he was taking us ?? I said for a laugh cause I don't drive (which I do but was just joking) and he then called me a looser and then went on to ask me what I worked as and I told him I worked in the bank and was a personal trainer to which he replied again "you really are a complete looser".... I then said well at least I'm not spending my retirement years driving a taxi.. obviously didn't do that well in life having to hussle lifts in a cab ..... Hope the troll crashes
