Taxis in Castle Douglas, Kirkcudbrightshire

Every one but stan the taxie driver is ok . I have complained to management so this is now the only way . Stan has left me without a taxie after it being books in hours in advance then he just says oh I didn't no . No apology. Stan also drives like he thinks he's in the f1 and he's defi not s good driver . Stan descrkmanates against me because I'm disability and won't take his crap . If a I call to book a taxie he just says he can't hear or shouts hello never once had a apolagy I stopped using for quite some time and will be again . He's there and get paid to provide a service Wich he does not and also put passengers in danger with his crap driving .

Couldnt ask for better taxi

Phoned for taxi didn't even know where I was then said they would send one didn't even show up or phone to let me know they couldn't come usless idiots don't waste your time phoning not even if McLeans is busy

Called to book a taxi, after 40 minutes I called and apparently the taxi was sat outside the house for over 10 minutes. Although where we were sitting looks onto the road and no one came up. When I asked to rebook as he had not arrived I was labelled a time waster. Will not be calling again.
