Really poor, booked 3 days ahead then didn't turn up, when called I was told no idea when get to me, bad attitude when tried to get information, cancelled ride and they cancelled return trip without letting me know.

Best taxi firm in the area bar none! Friendly drivers who are chatty and speak highly of her and her sons in the way they run the business. Now we are semi retired we go away a lot more and it's always nice to have a stress free start to our holidays, this being all down to the service Ladysafe and Sons offer

Horrible cab drivers!! Was sworn at many times and was shouted at! He then started shouting at my elderly grandad who was paying him in the first place! And told him to F off which was highly rude, he stopped the car halfway home and was shouting in our faces and when we arrived home was sworn at many times again when we left the car. We get into the cab to get home to feel safe, not to be shouted at and verbally abused the whole car journey home! I dont recommend this cab company to anyone we are 2 young girls and an elderly man we dont need verbal abuse from the cab driver to make us feel un-ease and not safe! I hope anyone who is reading this makes sure they never get a cab from this company! Everyone be safe and dont put yourself in horrible situations like the one me and my family were stuck in! Wouldnt wish this experience on my worst enemy! Uber all the way from now on!

Unreliable service and no apology received despite taxi being late by 10 mins. Call centre guy very rude & has got no sense of customer service. Avoid at all cost.

turned up 45 mins late. Lied about the reasons on 4 separate chase calls and hung up twice when a complaint was made. A disgrace

8 o'clock cab arrived at 8:12, train missed. Not happy.
