Taxis in Crieff, Perthshire

Do NOT bother using this company. We had booked 2 weeks in advance of an event - when we phoned to confirm the day before the event he denied any knowledge of a booking or of the phone call. The fact he'd given details of what make of car etc. during the booking made no difference and he had no interest in trying to help us out. Total waste of time and completely unreliable, stay away if you want a company who will actually turn up.

First class service all the time keep the good work up troops.

Absolutely horrendous. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. I spoke to the operator and about ordering a taxi for the next morning to get my work on time, thinking it would be busy as it Hogmanay and the male operator thought I was joking. The only thing thats a joke is this service. Not happy. I try to phone back for an explanation and he laughs at me and hangs up. If this is the quality of service I get for thinking ahead then thats brilliant. Well done.

Taxi late and abuse from person in office after getting home. Blaming customer for taxi not available.

Trippled the price once I handed over the money so got no change. Got treated and shouted at. Police had to be phoned as threats where made on coming to my door or getting me on the street

Worst taxi company ever. Woman is a total disgraceful human being and should not be working with the public! My experience ended up with the police getting called and threats being made toward me and where I live

Drivers very pleasant and helpful.Picked me up very late at airport with no complaint or extra cost a few times. Always there waiting .There prices are very reasonable.On whole;NO PROBS!!!!!

Please dont book this guy! Went to the wrong place, didnt call me and then hung up on me when I tried to get him back, and was very rude on the phone.

Worst taxi company I have ever used. Waited 2 hours in the cold at night and the driver never came. They also never answered the phone. I had the tracking but the car never moved. Avoid !!!!

Was picked up from Pitlochry on Wednesday morning to go to Kirkcaldy taxi was on time and driver was pleasant,would recommend this taxi company.

My girlfriend was stuck in Perth and was always really wary of getting in a taxi herself but the Thistle driver made her feel really safe and assured her she would get home even told her to phone home so I could look out for her. I would recommend Thistle Taxis to anyone else they looked after my girlfriend and reassured her of her safety so thanks again think the drivers name was kevin

this company is an absolute joke. had taxi booked for 10.30pm and had been waiting at my window since 20 past for them to show up. got to 10.55pm and had to phone up and ask where it was. immediately got shouted and sworn at and told i was a liar and that it had been outside my house since 25 past which it was obviously not. i tried to tell the guy that they must have been sitting at the wrong address then as streets in my estate have similar names but he wouldnt let me get a word in edgeways and hung up on me leaving me with no way to get to where i needed to be. the way they spoke to me was disgusting and their attitude needs to change. never using them again

Brams-Premier Cars really are the worst taxi company I've ever encountered. 100% of the taxis I've booked with them (and it's been A LOT over the years) have been late and I've never had so much as an explanation, let alone an apology. Car booked for 2:10 for an urgent dental appointment at 2:25. By 2:15 no taxi so I called to be met by a barrage of shouting and verbal insults finished off by being told our car was now cancelled and not to use them again if we need a car to be on time. As a small business owner (and a decent human being) myself I would simply never shout at a customer when the problem was quite clearly of our own making...and whether this was the owner or just an employee of the company it speaks volumes about their attitude towards customers. So, I'll take his advice and never use Brams again and I recommend that if punctuality matters to you that you find an alternative taxi company... I can highly recommend Parkside Taxis in Alva as a professional alternative.

Dont use this taxi it's a fcking joke phoned up for a taxi and got told 10/15min phone up half hour later to get told 2/3 min away waited 15 min try to phone back and got patched off them then waiting another 15 min for it to finally show so all together sitting in the freezing cold waiting for this taxi absolutely a joke man!

BOYCOTT!!!! Absolutely shocking service! An hour late for our pick up and while waiting we were phoning the taxi rank only to be hung up on and not given any information on the status of the taxi! We phoned the rank to settle up and pay a reduced amount after complaining and detailing what happened which lead to them not apologising and threatening us with the police. I spoke to the manager that then shouted and swore down the phone at me! Absolutely shocking company and I would NEVER use them again!! I would recommend everyone to BOYCOTT this company until they improve their service and manner in which they speak to people!
