Driver was smartly dressed with a name board awaiting my arrival at Manchester airport. He helped me with my luggage and opened the door for me. Best customer service from a taxi company. Highly recommended and will always be using Roseville Taxi for airport transfers

Absolutely disgraceful service this morning. Booked a taxi at 7:17am over an hour later later and 2 taxis turn up. 1 of them to pickup a customer who was there after we were and a second to drop someone off. Male staff on the phone are extremely rude, they just hang up the phone without listening to their customers. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I am not happy with the Service I received tonight I booked a taxi and Then I was trying to ring to cancel it as I booked it for my partner and he wasnt at they address I thought he was at and it was going straight to answer phone and in the end got thought and he was really rude down the phone and said I was blacklisted.. I am a well know customer and will not being taking my Service back there again

Booked taxi Saturday night(02/06/18) 21:30 from Crewe hall to rookery wood farm 1 Mile away charged my £5 which I thought was expensive
