Shocking service dont ever use they are liars !!!!!

Absolute disgusting service taxi never turned up and there attitude stinks surprised there still in buiness company needs shutting down.

Booked a taxi for clumber Park food and drinks festival pre paid £25 and the taxi never turned up never known a more corrupt company in my life apparently it turned up to to the festival but we was waiting at the entrance/exit to the festival and the person on the control needs to learn some people skills it's attitude stinks and we was told we would have to pay another £25 absolutely disgusting when we had a disabled passenger with us- avoid this company at all cost they couldn't run a bath.

Pre-booked and pre-paid for a taxi to pick up at 20:45 taxi was 45 mins late and took multiple calls to find out where the taxi was - kept being told it was 10 minutes or 5 minutes away. After speaking to the driver they confirmed they were not even told about the job until 20:45. Do not use if you actually want to be picked up

Reliable and polite driver every trip I've made with them, regardless of the time.

Ordered cab for 2-45pm to attend 3-20pm appointment at Askern doctors. Gave plenty of time to allow for level crossings delay. Rang driver at 3pm to see his whereabouts and explain about our appointment, was told “ thats your problem not mine “ He finally arrived at 3-25 said it was fault of the office and not his. As a result my husband lost an important appointment. Would definitely not recommend using them.

Ordering every day taxis from this company is my second time being late at work because my taxi booked for 6 PM was late 30 minutes,calling in this time 3 times and get the same answer that will come in few minutes but when I asked the taxi driver they didn't give him the job till after 20 past,so I'm sure will be the last time I'm ordering a taxi from this company

I only gave them a one star because there's no zero star rating. Came from out of town for a wedding, told them the time we needed to be at the registry office by and they never showed. Rang 3 times same BS each time "he's on his way" Disgraceful! Late for a wedding when I'm giving the bride away! Avoid these cowboys like the plague!!

Absolute shocking service. 30 mins late and twice told taxi was 2 minutes away. Pathetic, incompetent man on the switchboard. Dire. Recently been taken over. Z rated.

Driver gave the £3 change in out of circulation pound coins. only noticed when i cleared the change out of my pocket... Ripping off and un trustworthy drivers...

I would advise against using. I used one from the station yesterday. There was no help with luggage, he dropped me at the end of the road and altthough I gave a generous tip, I found that he had given me 10p for £ coins as my change.

Tried to book a taxi for an arrival from London. The man who answered the phone was completely indifferent and told me that my Executive should just wait at the taxi rank. If there were no taxis there then he should walk to the taxi office and they would get him one, but he would have to wait. He didn't seem to understand that I wanted to ensure that a car would be there. I asked if I should find another company who could do that and he said yes!

I needed a taxi to Bentley from Doncaster station, he said it'd be about 7-8 pounds and then asked for payment upfront so I left it alone and got train. Had about £95 on me but had my work clothes on. Never been so insulted
