Tried to book a taxi for an arrival from London. The man who answered the phone was completely indifferent and told me that my Executive should just wait at the taxi rank. If there were no taxis there then he should walk to the taxi office and they would get him one, but he would have to wait. He didn't seem to understand that I wanted to ensure that a car would be there. I asked if I should find another company who could do that and he said yes!

I needed a taxi to Bentley from Doncaster station, he said it'd be about 7-8 pounds and then asked for payment upfront so I left it alone and got train. Had about £95 on me but had my work clothes on. Never been so insulted

Taxi driver so greedy! taxi fare by meter and ended up with 4.76 and the taxi driver insisted me to pay 5 pounds instead! make sure you have enough coins before the journey otherwise you will get to pay extra!!!
