Absolute disgusting service taxi never turned up and there attitude stinks surprised there still in buiness company needs shutting down.

Booked a taxi for clumber Park food and drinks festival pre paid £25 and the taxi never turned up never known a more corrupt company in my life apparently it turned up to to the festival but we was waiting at the entrance/exit to the festival and the person on the control needs to learn some people skills it's attitude stinks and we was told we would have to pay another £25 absolutely disgusting when we had a disabled passenger with us- avoid this company at all cost they couldn't run a bath.

Pre-booked and pre-paid for a taxi to pick up at 20:45 taxi was 45 mins late and took multiple calls to find out where the taxi was - kept being told it was 10 minutes or 5 minutes away. After speaking to the driver they confirmed they were not even told about the job until 20:45. Do not use if you actually want to be picked up

Quoted £16 per journey to and from the venue, charged £20 on the night, and denied the quote. £8 more is not funny, will not trust again

Really disappointed with the service and the response to our complaint. We had always used this company and had never had issues in the past. This time, we booked a taxi for a short run from our local Indian. We pointed out that we would need a taxi rather than a minibus as one of our party is disabled. The driver called us 6 minutes before the time we booked; we told him that we were just paying our bill and would be out as soon as we had paid. One of the members of staff informed us that the taxi had already left. Checking the time, this was 4 minutes after the booking time. We were left stranded with a disabled elderly gentleman. We rang this morning and explained our dissatisfaction. There was no empathy from the company; their response was that if every customer was 4 minutes late, there would be disruption causing the day's last customer having to wait over an hour. Surely a little bit of compassion was in order, if only due to a disabled customer being stranded. They said that

We had a taxi trip into town. Not sure about their name "Apple" but the service and vehicle used was very good. Only cost a few pounds too. Thank you

Ordered cab for 2-45pm to attend 3-20pm appointment at Askern doctors. Gave plenty of time to allow for level crossings delay. Rang driver at 3pm to see his whereabouts and explain about our appointment, was told “ thats your problem not mine “ He finally arrived at 3-25 said it was fault of the office and not his. As a result my husband lost an important appointment. Would definitely not recommend using them.

Ordering every day taxis from this company is my second time being late at work because my taxi booked for 6 PM was late 30 minutes,calling in this time 3 times and get the same answer that will come in few minutes but when I asked the taxi driver they didn't give him the job till after 20 past,so I'm sure will be the last time I'm ordering a taxi from this company

I only gave them a one star because there's no zero star rating. Came from out of town for a wedding, told them the time we needed to be at the registry office by and they never showed. Rang 3 times same BS each time "he's on his way" Disgraceful! Late for a wedding when I'm giving the bride away! Avoid these cowboys like the plague!!

Absolute shocking service. 30 mins late and twice told taxi was 2 minutes away. Pathetic, incompetent man on the switchboard. Dire. Recently been taken over. Z rated.

I have used Mick's for 3 years to get to market.to open coffee bar.3days a week .for 3years.thats.18.pound a week.work that out.over 3years.but drivers have been polite.but never on time.so I have decide not to use them again.so a small loss of income to them.
