I have used this company twice now and on both occasions they have turned up on time with helpful drivers and clean cars. Would definitely use again

Really poor, booked 3 days ahead then didn't turn up, when called I was told no idea when get to me, bad attitude when tried to get information, cancelled ride and they cancelled return trip without letting me know.

The booking was excellent(Rick was very helpful, courteous and beat the lowest quote I had, whilst actually taking note and consideration to arrange an appropriate driver for my elderly father too!)The lovely driver was on time, very helpful,kind and patiently waited and assisted my father too. Will be using again and highly recommended

Was suspicious at first due to high review rating. First time used this company. Travelled to Stanstead airport safely and arrived on time. Nice and clean car. Driver arrived 20 minutes early... Driver was nice also. Will use again upon my return to London.

I would definitely recommend this brilliant taxi company. I booked a taxi at short notice and then had to change the pickup point, but the driver was flexible and helpful with the change. Thanks for the great service in the stormy weather.

Great communication before picking us up. Due to our stupidity, the lovely driver had to drive us back to the pick up point to collect some tickets, this was not a problem for him, he was quick and gave us some tips about the area. He was just as helpful and accommodating for the return journey. We will use Birmingham taxis next time we're in the area.

We used Saxon Cars for many years and it was very good - It has been taken over by ZedCars and we have used them once - never again - racing down the high street at 50+mph in a 30 mph zone, racing other cars in Kingston One way to cut in between cars where there wasn't really a gap - having to break hard on corners and cross centre of line into oncoming lane because going to hard t take them. Never again.

Very poor service. Booked return trip but they didnt arrive then when we rang said they were going to be 45 mins late then still didnt arrive. Never using again.
