Taxis in Eskdalemuir, Langholm, Dumfriesshire

Don't turn up and when phoned to enquire dispatcher states that they can't locate house although only about 3 miles away from their premises and we've used them before. Dispatcher also rude when trying to give them directions. Won't be using them again.

I have never used gold star taxis in Peebles but have almost been hit by them twice in a period of a couple of months. Shame they live so close to me. The older gentleman was the driver each time and each time was fully in my lane. The second incident I had to come to a full emergency stop and hold my horn for him to get out of my lane! I will not go into too much details but I can say I will never use them and would have given them no stars if I could have

Phoned for taxi didn't even know where I was then said they would send one didn't even show up or phone to let me know they couldn't come usless idiots don't waste your time phoning not even if McLeans is busy

Called to book a taxi, after 40 minutes I called and apparently the taxi was sat outside the house for over 10 minutes. Although where we were sitting looks onto the road and no one came up. When I asked to rebook as he had not arrived I was labelled a time waster. Will not be calling again.

Booked taxi at 1am, said it would be 20 minutes. Didnt come until after 2am. Paid £5 to for a half mile journey. Would not recommend.
