Taxis in EX3

Quoted me £224 for 8 persons covering a 9.5 mile return trip on 1st January 2022! (not even classed as a Bank Holiday). Had to ask whether they were using helicopters instead of vehicles!!! How could they justify that quote? Ridiculous and embarrassing for them. Obviously, booked elsewhere at a much cheaper price. Would NEVER use this company. Attempted daylight robbery!

I booked a cab from Exeter Airport to visit my Aunt. The Navigo team were very helpful being this was my first time to Exeter I made a booking through their website.. Rocky was waiting with my name on a card and helped me with my bags into the cab. I had cabs to visit all the great places I wanted to and they were so helpful. They were always on time and helpful. Thanks guys for being so helpful.

Travelling alone, I had a lovely friendly taxi driver who made me feel safe. Je was happy to book me in for a return journey home when asked if I could do so. He was on time for the journey to my destination and back home again. I would highly recommend Phoenix cars to my friends. I have used other companies in the past but will definitely use Phoenix from now on!

First class. Managed to accommodate my (late) request for a taxi for New Year's eve. They confirmed by text. Taxi arrived right on time. Welcoming driver got out and opened doors for the three passengers. Very clean taxi, and comfortable ride to destination. Driver was very friendly. At end of journey, the driver again got out to open the doors, as well as offering us hand sanitiser.

Very impressed. They confirmed my booking twice which gave me a sense of comfort that all would go well and it did. I changed the time for pickup which they accepted with no problem. Very clean taxi. Their timing was spot on.

Are you joking?! Do NOT phone this driver. Not only is he rude he wont actually pick you up and will accuse you of being late (without phoning you). And leaves vulnerable people walking home alone. A lot to answer for.
