Terrible service and rude staff.

Very profesional company. Helpful office staff and friendly drivers

polite efficient staff on the phones, took booking without any problems, driver was on time and also knocked on the door and opened door on car , cant say the same on others ive used

Phoned for a taxi which I had used the day before None available 2330 sandling rail station to Hythe town Whilst apologetic in afraid i won't use the company again in elderly and needed taxi . Had to walk for over an hour in the dark !!! Keith

Do not use JJ Taxis if you have any children prone to travel sickness. I was charged £25.00 valeting charge for my 4 year old being sick in the back of the car after we informed the driver before we started the journey that they were prone to being travel sick and if that was a problem could they send another driver... He carried on with the journey under full knowledge that my child could have been travel sick, he initially tried to charge £40.00 but he "called the office" and they said "it was the fare plus £25.00". If you are single or a couple with no children then JJ Taxis are a fairly good company, however if like me you have a young family your best bet is to use anyone else.

Used to use this company all the time , unfortunately this is the second time theyve left us in Canterbury , just cancelled our taxi even though weve paid upfront , what a joke , not using again

wORSE Company to work for in town . The manager in office bullies the driver . One of controller favour some of the drivers . The driver work in fear all the time incase they sack you without any reason beacause you are a self employed. Some of the staff work as a driver and in office which mean they get a good work than any other drivers .

DO NOT USE RIPPED OFF phoned to ask for taxi from train station, told to wait 40 mins as no drivers!? then got in cab from same company and charged time & half what a JOKE

Avoid. Rudest people ever. Ordered a pick-up from Gatwick to Hythe last month. Driver was late and didnt have a mask. We queried this and he retorted by saying if we were so worried, why did we visit an amber country? Rude. He backtracked a bit and offered to stop and buy one, but we had a spare which he used. Also drove all the way without a seat belt. Then my daughter booked one to pick her up from the station yesterday.The train was 5 minutes late and as she was arriving got a call saying that the car wouldnt wait, and Premier cancelled the booking. Foolishly they booked them for the return journey at 2.30 today. The driver was 10 mins early. She said shed be down in a few minutes, and reached the car at 2.27. The driver was annoyed and said he was about to leave. And went on to complain about he was trying to make a living. All very unpleasant. Dont bother with them.

Just followed one of these taxis along the elham valley road, driving like a lunatic, tailgating the car in front and overtaking outside a school well over the speed limit. Obviously no regard for passenger safety or anybody else's.

Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating driver. Was fast efficient on time. Thanks so much to Dave for all your help

We did a cruise to Dover and wanted to explore the city and the surrounding area on our own. From the first contact with Whitfieldcars I was thrilled and knew we were in good hands and we were not disappointed. It was a wonderful day, everything was well thought out, we were in places we never found and we always felt good. I would always book Whitfieldcars and would recommend it to anyone who wants to do a tour of Kent with a great driver. I will definitely come back and I am looking forward to keep in contact with Mick again.

Saw one of these taxis today and the driver was smoking a cigarette which he threw out the car a few minutes later. Firstly smoking in the workplace is illegal, and a taxi is considered a work place. Secondly this is a disgusting thing to do inside a vehicle which picks up non-smokers (including children).

Booked a taxi with United the previous night to go to the station and it failed to turn up, when I rang and queried I was told it would be another 15 minutes! Awful!
