Taxis in FY3

Maybe a good taxi company but poor customer service by the call centre staff, calling a customer pal, then abruptly hanging up.

Absolutely VILE!! Today, I got one outside blackpool north station, and the drivers were all just stood having a conversation, ignoring me while I waited to get in. Eventually I just sat in, and the driver approached the car, opened the back door and gave me the death stare. I was on the phone to my mother. He then said to me "do you want a ride?" to which I replied, kindly "yes please" he then said "well then take that phone away from your ear and tell me where it is you want to go. Now!" in a very threatening tone, while still giving me the death stare. Due to mental issues, I'm a very sensitive and easily frightened girl, and so I almost started to cry, as I told him, as politely as I could where I wanted to go. I was so embarrassed, I hung the phone up, not wanting my mother to hear how this man had just spoken to me. I stuttered the location I wanted to go to, and he slammed shut the door before climbing in, and driving like a maniac. Just vile.

Never again -,arranged for this taxi firm to a group of 25 up for my hen do from York races . Stood in the place we were told for 50 minutes -man with clipboard letting anybody in taxis -total chaos !!! No order and eventually phoned UBERS. Totally unreliable -go elsewherec

Booked a taxi on Thursday for a pick up on Saturday, no taxi pick up, called to see why my taxi didn't arrive was told, I wasn't on Thursday when you called, disappointed with service

The owner of this company is appalling he has got the worst attitude ever. After nearly being knocked down by one of his drivers and then being verbally abuse rang to complain. owner wasnt interested and was only bothered that someone before hand had just pulled out on his driver not that I was on the end of his road rage hence to say I was actually on a crossing when taxi nearly hit me the driver was looking backwards at the previous incident hed just been involved in but still moving forward in car will never use this taxi firm

Stay clear. Not reliable for pick ups

I have usually found them reliable only once not able to pick up and may have been because busy. Book ahead.

I wouldn't recommend using this firm very unreliable don't turn up on the time you state and if your fare is less than 5 pounds they make up excuses not to pick you up.its a big (AVOID).

Perfect. Text message when taxi arrives, both journeys on time. Clean minibus and driver was very helpful

On 2 occasions I've ordered a taxi on the 848 app pre-booked might I add and the taxi never showed and had to cancel them . Plus one of these occasions resulted in me missing a train and having to wait an hour for the next one.

Shocking service with rude staff that hang up on you if you make a complaint! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Driver advised+£5 surcharge for being 6 mile out of town. Ok I said we set off. Quick check on Google it's only 3mile and journey is directly back towards town. I question him he said I had already agreed to journey and no compromise available . I said yes based on his lie, on arrival at destination driver wouldn't let my young family out of vehicle and wouldn't consult office re surcharge. Disgraceful attitude. As a family we felt victimised for being from out of town. Meter read £6.40 total fare including surcharge £11.40. I offered £10 but not accepted. Reality is I would normally tip driver beyond fare. The only tip I would give here is use a different taxis firm, hopefully an honest one!
