One of the nicest taxi men ever. My partner left his phone in the taxi after a night out and the taxi man came back and delivered it to our front door. If he hadnt it would possibly have been gone forever as another fare might have picked it up.

DO NOT USE THIS DISHONEST FIRM!!! I booked a cab to pick up my daughter at the international airport for a flight arriving at midnight. I paid the full fare in advance (£50). My daughters flight was 45 minutes late. The driver refuses to wait and drive off. Kate Kabs refuses to refund my £50. I had to wake up my elderly mother to drive to the airport to fetch my daughter. Other firms I have used will charge an extra fee for an airport pick up if the flight is late but the drivers do not drive off and keep the money. This is dishonest and I am disgusted with this policy. Susan at Karekabs was particularly unhelpful.

Hopeless , after they were fifty minutes late I gave up waiting, its a pity they hold the town to ransom by being the main taxi provider. Ill avoid at all costs in the future

If you do anything today, don't book this Kare Kabs! They cancelled my booking which I waited 20 mins outside for before calling to be told the booking didn't go through - no apology. A new taxi was sent out, saying it was 5 mins away. I kept calling back (still, it was 5-10 mins away) and 45 mins later the cab turns up. I was freezing. By that point I had missed my event and reasonably asked the driver to be driven home instead. The driver called in to check and the company, who I spoke to again at that point, were not only rude and unhelpful but actually just really shouty and nasty saying, weirdly, that it was my fault (?!). Once you'e committed to a booking it's difficult to phone another company, not least because the drivers are self-employed. You keep thinking they're going to turn up any second, especially when the company tells you that every time you phone up to check. I was too nice and regret that this stupid little company ruined my evening.

Phoned the evening before to book a cab for the following morning at 05.30 to get my husband to the airport. There was no sign of the cab by 5.45 and every time we phoned both numbers it did not connect. Phoned another local cab firm who were here within two mins thank God. Kare cabs finally sent a text saying the taxi was outside 27 mins after it was due!!! Terrible, shoddy service and I will never use them again.

Driver drove off with my suitcase. Both our fault, fair enough, when operator tried to call his mobile it was off and I knew from a conversation I had with the driver he was driving 2hrs away for the weekend. Annoying but still understandable. But operator refused to text him my contact details for when his phone was back on so I could arrange pickup. Claimed he would know who I was magically. Even though taxi was booked through airport. He then said he had been on 14hrs and hung up. WTAF!

DO NOT USE!! We booked this company for two taxis on the 16/9/18 for 10.30pm. First taxi came at 11.05pm, 35 minutes late second taxi came at 12.10 IN THE MORNING and when the taxi pulled up in the street he asked us for RED DESIEL as he wold not make it back to Derry!!! DISGRACE!

Worst taxi company EVER! Drivers are rude, depot staff are rude. Would never recommend this company even in an emergency!

Taxi driver stole my tobacoo

The most cheeky taxi man I've ever had the displeasure of having, for some reason he asked me why didn't I just drive to the place where he was taking us ?? I said for a laugh cause I don't drive (which I do but was just joking) and he then called me a looser and then went on to ask me what I worked as and I told him I worked in the bank and was a personal trainer to which he replied again "you really are a complete looser".... I then said well at least I'm not spending my retirement years driving a taxi.. obviously didn't do that well in life having to hussle lifts in a cab ..... Hope the troll crashes

Awful experience, taxi from Belfast City Ctr to Crumlin area. Hostile driver who sped the whole way (90mph at one point) no meter running and asked for £40 for a trip which has never cost us more than £26 from other reputable taxi companies. Stay away from these clowns....

Disgraceful, I asked driver why he was 30mins late as i was late for work and he stopped the car and told me to get out, I thought he was joking but he didn't move until I got out

Disgusting service phoned for a taxi told me it would be 10 mins taxi never turned up phoned them back 15 mins later to be told they can't pick me up no call call back to let me know will never use this company again

Rude, incompetent staff. Taxi took half an hour to arrive despite being told 10 minutes and they sent it to the wrong address in a completely different town despite me saying very clearly when booking 'are you sure you have the right place'. When I spoke to the driver and he told me to call the office to correct their mistake, I did so, at which point they hung up and refused to answer the phone since. Avoid if at all possible. Absolute cowboys

Absolutely disgusted with my experience lastnight. Rang for a taxi at 1am and was given 1hr waiting time, after 2 hours wait I rang and was brought straight to voicemail each time. Outcome being the taxi never arrived after I had waited 3 hours in total. Disgraceful I will no longer use this taxi service. I rated it 1 star because I wouldn't let me post otherwise. 0 star rating

I booked a taxi for X o clock. It arrived 10 mins earlier, made the driver aware, he answered 'no problem', once in the car, l immediately asked if l had to pay for the extra time he waited, as l was NOT my fault if he arrived earlier, 'no, don t worry', but l did pay the extra cuz he waited, as i check the amount to be paid when he arrived 10 mins earlier and when l pumped in. Made he aware, but obviously he denied... not really recommended

Wednesday May 24th @ 9.45am. One of your taxis - red - heading out of town on Infirmary Road at cathedral going towards Northland Road - kids in the back. Driver (tattoos on right arm) chatting on mobile phone and then jumps a clear red light. Great display of professional driving!!!
